Resolved Question: Does anyone know of an obscure poem "Nobody's Child" from the late 1880s or very early 1900s?
I originally encountered this poem in a book of poetry that was printed in the late 1800s, possibly earlier. I have absolutely no other clues or details to the poem or the book itself. I know that I am probably asking for the impossible.
However, I would like very much to be reunited with this poem. I had spent over a week preparing it on my own to perform as part of a melodrama theater presentation in the early 1990s in the Wallace Idaho Fifth Street Melodrama. It was an exquisitely sad piece that I never got to perform in public.
Again, I realize that I have provided nearly nothing in clues but perhaps, just maybe, somebody out there does know of this poem.
Naughty Kitty has nailed it!

Resolved Question: Which is Better, BYU-Provo or BYU-Idaho? (Brigham Young University)?
I am trying to make a decision between BYU-Provo and BYU-Idaho as a good college to go to, that is also a little less expensive. IN my research, I have found that BYU-I costs less but is farther away from Sacramento, CA, where my family lives. BYU-I is located in Rexburg, Idaho, and I don't know what the roads are like there.
I also come from a small school, and I don't want to make to huge of a jump from a tiny school, to a HUGE college campus. I don't really care about sports Either.
I scored a 27 on the ACT and my current unweighted GPA is 3.7. I plan on majoring in Business Management.
I am looking for advice from people who have attended BYU Provo and Idaho, and I want to know what they liked so much about it, so that I can make an informed decision here. However, any and all advice would be welcome, providing it does not involve bashing on the LDS/Mormon religion, as everyone knows these are LDS/Mormon schools.

Resolved Question: A Guy Threatening to Sue Me ....?
About a year and a half ago I sold a business training package to a guy in Pennsylvania. I live in Idaho. Anyway, he has had some local lawyer send me 2 letters threatening to sue me for failure to provide this training, but I clearly have evidence that shows that he received everything he paid for. Anyway, the purchase price was $1500 dollars. Wouldn't he need to sue me in Small Claims Court for this amount?
And in that case, wouldn't he need to come here to Idaho to do so? I mean, he couldn't sue me in a Pennsylvania court since I do not reside there could he? Maybe I'm wrong, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks all.

Resolved Question: Where is Sarah Palin's birth certificate?
Why was she allowed to run for Vice President without having to provide a certified copy that could be verified by independent authorities?
I'm very worried about this. Why didn't someone sue to force her to produce her original birth certificate?
After all, she CLAIMS she was born in Idaho, just 60 miles from the U.S. border. It would have been easy for her to have been born in Canada.
So who can prove to me that Sarah Palin is really a U.S. citizen?
Links, please.
Bond Girl--You could be right! She really seems fixated on Russia, after all. And didn't the U.S. buy Alaska from the Russians? I wonder...maybe she is a Russian Manchurian candidate....
Captain Intollerance (love your spelling skills): Link to the "long form," please?
I don't get it. There are copies of Obama's birth certificate all over the web. Why can't even one answerer show me a copy of Palin's
I'm starting to think that she was trying to perpetrate a huge fraud on the American people.
Captain Intollerance:
This is a question about Palin, not Obama.
I'm still waiting for that link to Palin's "long form" birth certificate. Surely you have one, don't you?
Captain Intoleranace: Thank you for correcting your misspelling in your own name from "intollerance" to "intolerance."
May I see Palin's birth certificate now, please?

Ripoff Report Verified Safe
Clickbank lures you in with a FALSE link claiming to be the official limewire website and offer you the limewire pro service. They take your credit card information and charge you and you get the download (which is free on the limewire website anyway) but you dont get the service. I contacted limewire about the situation and they said that they do not allow any other companies to sell their Limewire PRO software.
I called my credit card company and disputed the charges immediately. This company is a fraud. I have read many other reports of fraudulant transactions under many different schemes such as I(((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))),etc.

Many Americans/worldwide users trusted Paypal website for transactions, how do you distinguish a fake paypal website from a genuine one?
Protect Yourself from Fraudulent Emails
At PayPal, protecting your account's security is our top priority. Recently, PayPal members have reported suspicious-looking emails and fake websites. These emails are not from PayPal and responding to them may put your account at risk. Please protect your PayPal account by paying close attention to the emails you receive and the websites you visit.
Please use the following tips to stay safe with PayPal:
* Safe Log In: To log in to your PayPal account or access the PayPal website, open a new web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer or Netscape) and type in the following: https://www.
* Greeting: Emails from PayPal will address you by your first and last name or the business name associated with your PayPal account. Fraudulent emails often include the salutation "Dear PayPal User" or "Dear PayPal Member".
* Email Attachments: PayPal emails will never ask you to download an attachment or a software program. Attachments contained in fraudulent emails often contain viruses that may harm your computer or compromise your PayPal account.
* Request for Personal Information: If we require information from you, we will notify you in an email and request that you enter the information only after you have safely and securely logged in to your PayPal account.
Often, fraudulent emails will request details such as your full name, account password, credit card number, bank account, PIN number, Social Security Number, or mother's maiden name.
If you think that you have received a fraudulent email (or fake website), please forward the email (or URL address) to spoof@paypal.com and then delete the email from your mailbox. Never click any links or attachments in a suspicious email.
We have many antivirus to scan viruses and malwares, is there any banking utility software that can scan for fraudulent websites to prevent credit card theft and illegal withdrawals from banking account on fraud. if yes, where is the reliable website/location to scan and determine which website is registered with banks for transactional payments officially recognised by banks and they can be a reliable source for payment? It is not about skin colour/racist, its about money paid, do you get the product?
There is a very high demand on banking fraud/plishing website scanners&cleaners on websites and softwares that resides on pc after downloading besides anti-virus when in comes to commercial funds and interbanking through the internet, where can you find these software tools remove plishing/fraud websites that will fake bank credit card transactions besides antiviruses because anti-virus targets only on software applications in the PC, not day to day banking transactions?
Since 3 users below trusted paypal in yahoo it may be the technology that is trusted by the 3 users below beware of websites that have no registered telephone number advised by Thoo as they could be untracable, well it is up to the preference of the each user own believes on which website is secure for online transactions and which one is not besides the official banking payment portal recognised by their respective banks. Resolved Question: Religion in the constitution preventing equality?
...what do you say to this? I know it's completely ridiculous and wrong on so many levels but.. it left me baffled.
"The signers of the Constitution recognized that all rights granted to men by the Constitution were those that were granted by the Creator. Homosexuality is an act against God, and therefore is not protected by our Constitution.
United States Supreme Court stated in 1884: "that all men are endowed" - not by edicts of emperors or decrees of parliament, or acts of Congress, but "by their Creator with certain inalienable rights and that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."
The freedoms granted by our Constitution were understood by the signers to be granted to a people who submitted to the laws of God. "Equality" did not mean that acts against God were allowed for an individuals' happiness to occur.
There were no exceptions granted for sexual preferences.
In 1890, the United States Supreme Court, in the case of The Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints V. United States, Justice Stephen Field, who had been appointed by President Abraham Lincoln stated: "Bigamy and polygamy are crimes by the laws of all civilized and Christian countries. They are crimes by the laws of the United States and they are crimes by the laws of Idaho. They tend to destroy the purity of the marriage relation, to disturb the peace of families...To extend exemption from punishment for such crimes would be to shock the moral judgement of the community...The constitutions of several States, in providing for religious freedom, have declared expressly that such freedom shall not be construed to excuse acts of licentiousness..."
In 1986 in the case of Bowers v. Hardwick, Chief Justice Warren E. Burger delivered the court's decision censuring the act of sodomy:
"Condemnation of those practices is firmly rooted in Judeo-Christian moral and ethical standards. Sodomy was a criminal offense at common law and was forbidden by the laws of the original 13 States when they ratified the Bill of Rights. In 1868, when the Fourteenth Amendment was ratified, all but five of the 37 States in the Union had criminal sodomy laws. In fact, until 1961, all 50 states outloawed sodomy...provid(ing) criminal penalties for sodomy performed in private between consenting adults."

Voting Question: How do you even respond to this... (regarding the constitution, civil rights, and religion)?
How do you respond to this... it's completely ridiculous:

Resolved Question: How many of the 50 U.S. states can you name?
Off the top of your head, list as many of the States of the United States of America as you can. You may spend as long on this as you like, but the time you devote to this will likely be restricted by some of the following guidelines for your response:
-Do not use external assistance, including research; music, objects, texts and other sources of ?inspiration? should not be used.
-Do this in one place in one sitting.
-Give two scores:
-The number of States you listed (spelling is not important so long as you had the right idea)
-The above score, but with the number of incorrect items in your list subtracted
-Explain what informed your response.
-List the places you have lived for any significant amount of time.
-Separate the items in your list into the following three sections, in the same order:
-Places you know are States
-Places you think are States
-Any other guesses
-Once you?ve finished your initial list, list the following, if applicable:
-States you missed
-Your incorrect items from the initial list
-Try to maintain the order you thought of each list item in your final listing.
-Time yourself
-You must know the most common abbreviated official name of any States you list. (For example, you would get a point for listing ?Cali? so long as you knew that it was more commonly known as ?California?, but would not need to know that its full official name is ?State of California?.)
-Please provide any other relevant and useful information you wish to volunteer.
You are now ready to start.
Finished? The following is my own response:

Resolved Question: Steam Boat Springs Colorado?
We are planning a family reunion in Steam Boat. 1/2 from Idaho 1/2 from Oklahoma. Seems logical to meet in the middle. Can you guys tell me some things that we can do there and the names of the places that provide the services. Also a nice restaurant that would be able to hold a dinner for about 30 of us. We also wanted to have a family portrait done so the name of a local photographer would be great. Sounds like if your a local please share some of your knowledge with me. Thanks. Oh forgot to mention the dates are August 6-10 2009
