Open Question: My last job was a "salary job" - do they still owe me?
My last job was to say the least a NIGHTMARE! Long story short, I started off making $12 an hour - after only 2 weeks (and working overtime both those week) they gave me "a raise" to $14 hour salary. (I was not salary in the beginning with the $12) In all my past experiences with a salary job, I had been treated fairly, so I went ahead and accepted it. (Also note, that I was working for a friend and didnt perceive being screwed over - I was simply trying to help out in a way - and was also promised that all my hard work would be recognized once things got better with the business) Well, to sum it up, I ended up working 53+ hours a week, some weeks 60 hours, and of course got paid the salary that I agreed to - I never had a day off and was constantly expected to work upon demand no matter the hour - this was also a work at home job that I often did at the home of my so called friends - Anyway, I basically had enough with the way they were treating me and left the job on a Wed (the work week was Sunday to Saturday)....Should they have paid me a full weeks pay the last week I worked if I was being paid on a salary? Or, if I was not paid for the full week, would I then have been considered hourly all along? I never signed any papers or anything stating that I was salary ---- I just kind of want to know what is owed to me....

Open Question: what is going on with me?
I am a thirty year old mother of three and I still love hard core gangster rap. I don't let my children know that I love this kind of music. My children only listen to pop music on the radio. Sometimes my children come home from school, and tells me that some of their friends listen to rap music and we laugh about it. My children says that music sucks and I say I couldn't agree more. Then when my children are in school I rush to put on my favorite cd's. My question is shouldn't I have grown out of liking this type of music. Also how do I keep my children from knowing that I like this type of music. kids are 11, 9, and 8 help.

Open Question: Just curious about this...Mature people please!!!?
Maybe there are some MATURE men that have been through this, or perhaps "curious" women have??
Okay, Im a 25 yr old female. I have never been with another woman, and actually never had the urge to. But about 6 months ago, I really started to think about what it might be like to be with a woman. I do have a very wonderful boyfriend that I love more than anything. Im not looking to cheat, but I am a little interested in bringing another girl into the 'picture'. I have sort of talked to him about this, and we agreed he'd just watch, and Touch only me. Which I feel is okay. So I guess my question is, would it be okay if I start looking for a girl to be-friend, and maybe end up bringing her home one night to surprise my boyfriend. I would never cheat on him with her.....well I guess if I wanted to try it out first to make sure I like it, it would be considered cheating. How do I go about this with out really letting my bf know. I don't want to give his hopes up if I decide its really not the thing for me. I don't want to end up turnig lesbian (not that theres a problem with that) I just really love woman-man sex, just am curious and would like to give it a try, But if I end up liking it, I want to full-fill one of his fantasies!

Open Question: Running fever while possibly pregnant?
My husband and I decided to have unprotected sex on Christmas to try and have a baby. We weren't planning on trying as a regular trend until September, but we agreed on trying cause we thought it would be a nice way to get pregnant.
I have been having some symptoms of pregnancy (my boobs hurt so bad, I've been tired, and I've been peeing a lot). I would just be about 4 weeks a long, so I haven't taken a pregnancy test yet.
Anyway, someone came to work sick (I hate when people do that) and now I've caught it. I have a sore throat, my voice is rough, and I'm running a low grade fever. I normally try to give it a day or two before I decide to go to the doctor, but since I might be pregnant, I thought it would be good to go.
Should I just tell them up front and get a blood test to find out? Would an OTC pregnancy test give me a positive? Also, will it hurt the baby if I am. :(

Open Question: Is ti really THAT hard for all religions to get along?
I dont think so...
I mean IN THEORY...dont all have the same moral base
Marriage and kids good (who cares if the parents are gay and kids adopted...its all love)
Dont kill people
dont steal
respect and peace win
talk it out
Now here are the easy compromises:
Eat what you want...just DO not expect me to NOT eat what u worship....i wont eat it around you.
No guns...the end
People are equal despite gender, race, creed, etc. (no religion seems to have mastered this)
Is it REALLY that hard to agree to disagree?
When did it become a race to be wrong?
Ok...stop saying that you want to share your religion to HELP people...they are not helpless and youre really just insulting them

Open Question: The Spoon Joke! Is it funny?
Is this funny?
A man walks into a restaurant and orders a soup. When the soup arrives he tells the waiter to try the soup, the waiter says, "why is it too hot? is it too cold?" the man just says, "No, no, just try my soup.". The waiter says, "Why is it too spicy? is it not spicy enough?"
The man shakes his head and says again, "No, no, just try my soup." The waiter finally agrees and says, "Where's the spoon?"
The man says, "A-Haaaaaaaa!"
Star if you think this is funny!
