I fell on my wrist with all my body weight, into a guitar, and now my wrist feels weightless, tingly and strange to move. Also, I've got a raised bit on it, about an inch long, and 1/2 a cm wide. Do you think there could be a broke bone or fracture there?

Open Question: I want to retire, should I?
I will have a meeting with administration on Friday. There is a possibility I may be terminated because of a stupid action on my part; won't get into that. I've been told that it could go either way. Might just be a suspension or other disiplenary action. I was thinking about retiring in March of this year on my birthday. To be frank, I'm sick of working for this company. There is never any recognition for a job well done and of course the typical back stabbing which goes on with every company I'm sure. I've been with this company for about 20 years and will have a small pension of about $2000 a month if I retire now. My mortage is a fixed 4.750% and my payment is $997 a month, includes taxes and insurance. I have no other debt. Just the usual food, PG&E, utilities car insurance ect. No credit debt and have $30,000 in the bank. Do you think I can survive on this? I was considering maybe a part time job to supplement my income. I will not be eligible for social security for another 3 years as I am just turning 59 in March. When I am 62 if I apply for social security I should be in pretty good shape with income. What should I do? I really don't want to work for the company anymore. Too much Bullsh--. Thanks for reading and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Jack

Open Question: Question on a LCD Monitor?
I purchased the Sceptre X20WG-1080P 20'' LCD Monitor about a year ago. Recently when I turn on my PC, the power indicator blinks about 60 times. Then it finally turns on. It started out doing this about 10 times, now it getting worse. The PC is on just no display. Takes about 15 minutes to turn on. I did a trouble shoot and hooked up my old VGA monitor and it turned on right away. My guess is the monitor is going out? Anyone ever have this problem? Just want a second opinion. Thanks

Open Question: a question about EMAIL & COMPUTER SECURITY!!?
last year i got a nasty spyware infection so i went out and bought Norton 360 ( big mistake, i think it sucks ) so i called the '' Symantec '' customer support line and told them my problem, they asked for email address and said they would '' take control of my computer '' and remove the infection manually, i declined it after they said would cost $40 to do it.
but it got me to thinking.....
if an absolute computer expert has my email address can they take charge of my pc just like that?
kinda frightening to say the least, how can just that little bit of info allow someone to bypass all of my security measures?

Open Question: How should I handle my girlfriend now that her father just passed away?
My girlfriend of four years' dad passed away about a week ago. He was really old when he had her and he died of natural causes at 78. However, my girlfriend was a complete daddy's girl, and she was his favorite since she was the baby. Since she got back from the funeral she's been very needy. When we're around each other she's very clingy. When we sleep with one another she holds onto me really tight and sometimes starts crying. There is like a new intensity even in how we hold hands. It's not as much romantic as it is like her saying, "Do not leave me. I need you more than anything. I can't make it right now if my boyfriend left me." She's away from home and she doesn't have any brothers or male figures to turn to. Should I just keep holding her all the time, like she seems to need?
