Is it normal for an adult sister to say bye to her brother on the phone with a Kiss Kiss Kiss? My girlfriend has some odd characteristics and, as an aside I believe, based on what she's told me, someone in her family, possibly one of her brothers, molested her as a girl. That aside for the moment, she's 31 and he's 23. They speak several times a day on the telephone and are, by my standards, oddly close. (I once found her wearing nothing but silky PJs (no underwear) and sitting on his lap/crotch sideways while he was sitting on the floor.) She's told me that strangers have assumed, when seeing them together, that they were boyfriend and girlfriend. When I speak to her via the telephone she speaks with a "normal" voice and despite making love to me and kissing me in person, she says "Bye Baby" when we get off the phone. However, with her brother, she has a very girly voice, she cooos and giggles. When she's finally done with her conversation with him, she gives him three kises, making the sound of three kisses. As some backgound, she's 31 and lives at home. He's 23 with a child from a girl whom he's not married. He either lives at home or crashes at girlfriend's house. (He seems to have a different girlfriend every 2-3 months.) At their home, it's a two bedroom, 3/4 bathroom apartment. In this apartment, my girlfriend lives with her two adult brothers, her mom and her dad. They rotate, sleeping one in the bedroom, one on the couch and one on a mattress next to the couch. I've very concerned about this brother-sister "relationship". Am I over reacting? Is cooing on the phone and the kiss kiss kiss goodbye normal? have explained to her that I had two sisters but that her conduct towards her brother makes me very uncomfortable. Unfortunatley, she has repeatedly shown her loyalty is to her brother, even now as we engaged to be married! If there's ever a dispute she sides with her brother against me and she refuses to stop the constant phone calls, the cooing and the kissing. (more...)

My daughter is 16 &in full time education&will continue to 6th form&Uni. I am lone parent&because I couldn't get job while on income support, been getting qualifications for 3yrs (whilst looking for work)to get to teacher's training(now on yr 2). Now on JSA. At Job centre, they said part-time no, must be available for 40hrs/wk. They tell me gov doesn't take into consideration child over 16 (even though she is still dependent on me) or training, yet new deal forces you to train. Doesn't make sense. If offered job will have to leave training yet I am trying to better myself to get a good job at the end of the day&willing to work in the mean time but part time, so I can continue my studies. I returned to UK from Spain 3 yrs ago&couldn't get job so decided to study to better my prospects of getting a well-paid job. Yet these people think its ok to throw away 3yrs studies paid for by tax payers. At 47yrs old I can't mess about-have no pension&virtually no contributions so need well paid job. Do I have any rights at all? (more...)

I noticed in about all computers I own, their would be less RAM and HDD space than advertised. For example, a computer advertising it has 5GB of RAM and a 750GB HDD but when looking at the Computer Information, it says it only had 4.7GB of RAM and 680GB of HDD. Is this just because of marketing and trying to sell the product, Space used for a dedicated purpose, or could it be its space that needs to be opened maybe through over clocking? (more...)

I want to upgrade my on-board sound so I can get a better quality connection to an AV Amp/ Receiver, will be used for movies & music - but no gaming. I have 1 spare PCI slot on my small form factor PC, Dell states this is a PCI slot 2.3 120pin. I want to install a new sound card and this needs to be a low profile card, I've been looking at a Creative X-Fi Xtreme Audio and a Asus Xonar D1. Will these fit into my PCI slot?
