Open Question: What is the point of Final NCAA Football Polls and Preseason Polls?
For that Matter what is the point of all these Bowl games? I mean in the end, its only the one bowl that matter, which is being played tommorrow night. Thats what the BCS tells us. If the BCS is going to jam this flawed system down our throats, Shouldnt we fans and poll voters play the system against it, By making the preseason polls mean something by, having the preseason Polls be an exact copy of the previous season's final ending rankings. That way #1 has a chance to defend its title. and someone like Utah Start out ranked #2 or 3, so that they have a legitmate shot next year at least to prove it. What is the point of the final after bowl poll if, all that matter is #1 and it has no bearing on next season's poll. Come on everyone know the preseason Poll is meaningless, Why not give some meaning by starting where the previous season left off. Afterall isnt that what the BCs is doing by not having a playoff, just continually ranking and comparing teams? All Im saying is right now given the system its seems like NCAA and BCS is determined not to allow Teams to come out of no where and win championships, since they refuse a playoff. Given that why not give meaning to the Preseason polls and let the preseason polls be a reflection of last season's outcomes. That way it gives Teams like utah a shot at least at the national championship the following year. As the way things are right now the preseason poll is completely worthless, and all it does is hinder small schools and not established Programs from playing in the championship. At least this way the previous season's work is not all for naught. (more...)

9 Teams in the top 25 I think gives them that title this year so far. 1. Pittsburgh 14-0 5. Connecticut 12-1 9. Georgetown 10-2 11. Syracuse 14-1 13. Notre Dame 10-3 18. Marquette 13-2 18. Villanova 12-2 23. Louisville 9-3 25. West Virginia 11-2 Is the NCAA Champ coming out the Big East? (more...)

Open Question: What are divisions I,II,III in NCAA college basketball?

Open Question: Can the average athlete make it through Royal Marine PRMC or Basic Training?
I am an average athlete. I have competed in NCAA soccer in the US and continue to be relatively fit, NOT super fit. If I can complete the basic fitness requirement 1.5miles in 12:30 and another 1.5miles in 10:30, can I consider myself robust enough to make it through the RMC basic training. I will not quit but of course am not aware if instructors will still fail you even if you try hard. Also have never trained without sleep for days or very little and wondered if would be worth all the effort. Have one week to make decision and one month to prepare. Anybody with genuine experience please reply. (more...)

Open Question: Do you have to win the Conference playoff and rank some where in the top 25 in order to make the NCAA Playoff?
Let say you coach for a team in the NCAA Men basketball your team had a good season let say 24 wins lost 7, but did not win the conference playoff or your team did not rank any where in the top 25, Could your team still make the NCAA Men's Basketball playoff ? Or I would like to called it March Madness Second Question - If your team does not need to be in the top 25 or win the Conference playoff, but they made the playoff, what are some possible reason on how your team was still able to make it? Open Question: i need some help beating a kid in ncaa 2008 video game?
okay me and my best friend are local heros in ncaa we played the new one at walmart the other day there where lines of people wanting to play us okay im good at the game hes the only one i loose to ive been playing him at it for nearly a year and a half and have yet to win. okay he plays with boisie state and ive played with probly every team on the game and still cant beat him (oh and we play with default teams and players to make it easier) like i said he plays with boisie state and knows every play in there play book and i beleave the statue of liberty is nearly impossible to beat on this game ive dont everything from shifting my line to running a field goal block against this play and still havnt stoped it. so im looking for a team that has a great QB in this game good recievers and a running back i can rely on. maybe a combination of one team using anouthers teams offensive playbook and a deffence that works manly against running plays. any help would be appreciated also im not ganna use usc (has perfect stats on the game) cause if i beat him hell say the only reason i beat him was cause i was using a all a+ team against his all b b- and b+ team. oh and dont tell me to get off my but and play real football cause this year i was in 9th grade startin on the varsity son and my team whent undefeated until playoffs also i figured yall would have more knowledge on this subject than the loosers in the video game section who think recording a sack is how prostitutes do their taxes yea if i create players hell do the same so itll just even it out lol (more...)
