Open Question: How much child support is to much?
Well, my husband pays child support of $500 a month voluntarily. He is a truck driver so he uses a good part of his pay, which is about $1800 a month, for expenses on the road for him to live. He comes home every 2 to 3 weeks. He still has to send money home to me to keep the house. He also pays for the medical insurance on the family which includes his daughter, my kids (3) and myself. He ex-wife also gets welfare for she is a single mom with two kids, the other child is her new boyfriends child not my husbands. She claims to welfare that my husband is only paying her $200 a month. She has a job but is partial laid off and is get unemployment to cover the hours (money) that she is not making as full time anymore, I know it does not make up for all the money that she is not geting as full time. Furthermore his daughter is in dance and she thinks, now, that she is not ful time that she has the right to ask for more cause she cant pay for all the dance stuff. What do you think I should have him do? What should I tell his ex-wife, cause she is causing us to fight about money.I mean we are not hurting right now but times are getting rough.

Open Question: what would you tell your friend if this was her husband?
We moved to a new state to find out later he lived there before. I learned this after I was mistaken for the girl he once lived here with.
He watched a drunk man run me off the road, the man followed me. When I drove to a secure area my husband did nothing even when I gave him the cell phone and asked him to give the license plate of the other man to the police, I was too shaken up. My husband just sat there. He has a gross bad case of ring worm for 5 years now and would be rude to me when I asked him to see a doctor. No love life here. He punched me when I touched his cell phone. I learned after an accident that he was told to get new tires for our used car, the tire blew while my young daughter and I were on the highway. I am now focused on my daughters and myself. I am confused with how he treats me. What is going on with him and his ways?
He says he is happy. I am not.
Some people say he just doesn't know what to do or how to act.
The church says I need to stay with him and help him.
We have been married 7 yrs. It started out me working and taking care of him now he works makes an ok pay but If I don't pay the bills he will spend the money. I am out of work and losing myself as I build him up he puts me down. I need to know what others think.

i recently bought a quad bike for my son to ride on the field at the back of my house and already a busy body from down the road has complained its only a 50cc and i bet he wouldn't rather he was out causing mischief to his property , anyways i wont go into that. does anybody know of a place in or near selby , north yorkshire uk, where i can legally take him.

Open Question: Is the transmission out of my explorer?
I was driving one night in my Ford Explorer. All of a sudden it didn't want to go into gear. Eventually, it started smoking and wouldn't go. It would just rev. So I pulled over and there was a streak of liquid behind it. A little while later, my rescuers (a cub scout leader and his teenage son) found me a place to park my SUV till I could get a tow. I went down the road about 400 feet to turn around. There it once again wouldn't go into gear, so we pushed it off to the side of the road to have it towed with a tow strap. While we were pushing it there was a steady stream of liquid. Almost making it impossible to stand. I now have been told it may not be the transmission but a seal. Any insite???
