Open Question: Can anyone explain in what MD5 is?
I'm pretty competent with computers, the hardware aspect anyway. I'm not so good with math-like words and programmer talk, so try to explain what it is in a way I can understand. I see there's almost always a downloadable MD5 along with an executable file, as well as MD5 brute force programs. I'm lost :(

Open Question: What's the best way to go about losing 25 pounds?
I am about 155 and my ideal weight would between 120-130, whats the best way to go about losing this weight? Are there any extra supplements that would help decrease my hunger and give me more energy without making me feel like my heart is going to jump out of my chest? I am really trying to stick with this diet this time so any advice or anything that kept you motivated would help alot

Open Question: Who has had this experience? What can do I to stop it? ?
OK everyone I know depression can lead to unwanted thoughts or are caused by unwanted thoughts but is it normal for your mind to dwell on one negative thought for weeks or sometimes months then that negative thoughts leads to another?
I have been having that experience for years,, for example back in 2006 I have had a little chess pain that triggered me into becoming a hypochondriac
(someone who is completely healthy but still believes he is sick) for months it has terrorized me then given sometime I overcame this paranoia
Then last year in Aug. 2007 when I was outside already stressed out about me undressing men with my eyes although I wasn't gay but that one thought lead me into thinking I was homosexual which gave me persisted anxiety then I had this little feminine sensation & and all of a sudden this thought came into my head that I may possibly be transgendered that thought alone gave me depression & anxiety for months as well I didn't want to see myself in the future as no woman then given some time & months I finally over-came that thought
Now these past weeks my heart has palpitations (skipped heart beats) & I became paranoid again went to the ER they ran some test everything was fine so I keep wondering why does my mind go through this vicious cycle? Then I came to the conclusion that I might be going crazy which has caused yet again another case of fear anxiety & depression, so my question is whats your advice? what should I do? Should I relax? I mean every time I try constantly to forget these type of thoughts it gets more & more worse so what do you guys think?

Open Question: Help please! my girlfriend is a transman?
I have been with my significant other for over a year. In the beginning I thought she was like a stud or a dom so I called her my girlfriend or wifey and used feminine pronouns.
Then, six months into the relationship she tells me that I can only call her masculine pronouns and she wants to start 'T' and she wears a fake penis and uses the mens rest room.
I shaven'tavn't grasped the concept but I am trying. She gets mad if I call her by her real name or even tell people she is a girl. I am so confused right now and it is hard to switch over and some thindon't dont understand like wearing a fake penis. I don't understand why she is being so hard on me. This is all new to me, I never even heard of or knew any transmen. Please help.
Am I wrong for not being more supportive? I am trying. How would you handle this situation? or please tell me about any experiences. All advice is welcome. serious answers only please.

Open Question: So for a first date, was it a success?
We had a 2 day date, she would let me hug her, hold her hand, and we had like an hour long session kissing each other on the first night (which is all I'm looking for right now fyi)... but she would never start any of it. She did invite me to come with her friends and her to a coffee shop, where we had a good time I think, but I didn't even touch her more than a few times cause I wasn't sure how she wanted to be seen in front of them (and she didn't even try to touch me). As I said my goodbye I asked if I could see her before I take off for college again and she said she'd have to check her schedule, but probably, and let me hug/kiss her good night.
So... despite not wanting to start anything, should I keep trying to ask her out? I'm going to anyway unless I get an overwhelming response of 'she's not interested.'

Open Question: Which width-height would you recommend for photos for a web-album?
I'm trying to set up a site for some friends of mine, in total there are gonna be about 4000 photos of holidays, concerts and landscapes.. what height- width would you recommend? there is going to be a small navigation on the left hand side of the screen, but the rest is for the photos and I really don't want the photos to be too big (no scrolling) or too small (glasses?) since I guess they have to be suited for both laptops and big desktop screens.. I thought of something like 710 x 540px, since I don't want vertical photos to be too small - any suggestions?
