Open Question: I am still mad about the corrupt officating at the Rose Bowl...........?
All this time later, and I am still upset about the corrupt officiating at the Rose Bowl this year. Specifically, the 2nd quarter. It seemed like the flags were not thrown until the end result of a successful play was known. Then, you would see USC doing the exact same things without penalties. Another thing I thought was really messed up that USC was never called for: 1). Excessivie celebrations like when the reciever made a great catch, but then threw the ball and made the 1st down call for the official. Also, after scoring, the entire team comming out on the field and celebrating... and so on and so on... 2). Pete Carol running out on the field to call a time out, yet the play went on. Last I knew, coaches are not allowed on the field of play. 3). USC's cheap shot safety making dangerious and illegal helmet to helmet hits down field. It was not until players got hurt that finally the penalty was called. 4). Pass interfereance by USC. When the ball is in the air, you cannot hit the reciever so he cannot catch it. And so on... and so on... and so on. ROSE BOWL WAS PATHETICALLY CORRUPT THIS YEAR. I day just call a fair game. I do not care which team wins, just be fair about it. It was not about winning or losing. I do not really care about that. One team is going to win, the other is going to lose. No big deal. I do care about watching a fair game. It goes to the integrity of the event. I feel this year's event had a total lack of it. (more...)

Open Question: What gloves were the USC players wearing during the Rose Bowl?

Open Question: Do you think the 2009 BCS Nat. Championship will live up to the hype like the 2006 Rose Bowl-Nat. Champ.?
I think it will be a very good game with the last two Heisman winners facing off, especially with respect to Tebow now getting a chance a lead a team himself, but in no way, shape, or form do I think this game even comes close to matching the '06 Rose Bowl. That game had everything, the last two Heisman Winners in Leinart and Bush, 3 Heisman candidates with the two just mentioned and Vince Young, a team with a 34 game winning streak in USC, Texas had a winning streak of 19, Texas was looking to win the Rose Bowl for a second straight year, etc. That game was a classic even before kick off and it lived up to a 1000x over becoming imo the greatest college football game ever played and that's coming from a die-hard USC fan too. Open Question: i need some help beating a kid in ncaa 2008 video game?
okay me and my best friend are local heros in ncaa we played the new one at walmart the other day there where lines of people wanting to play us okay im good at the game hes the only one i loose to ive been playing him at it for nearly a year and a half and have yet to win. okay he plays with boisie state and ive played with probly every team on the game and still cant beat him (oh and we play with default teams and players to make it easier) like i said he plays with boisie state and knows every play in there play book and i beleave the statue of liberty is nearly impossible to beat on this game ive dont everything from shifting my line to running a field goal block against this play and still havnt stoped it. so im looking for a team that has a great QB in this game good recievers and a running back i can rely on. maybe a combination of one team using anouthers teams offensive playbook and a deffence that works manly against running plays. any help would be appreciated also im not ganna use usc (has perfect stats on the game) cause if i beat him hell say the only reason i beat him was cause i was using a all a+ team against his all b b- and b+ team. oh and dont tell me to get off my but and play real football cause this year i was in 9th grade startin on the varsity son and my team whent undefeated until playoffs also i figured yall would have more knowledge on this subject than the loosers in the video game section who think recording a sack is how prostitutes do their taxes yea if i create players hell do the same so itll just even it out lol (more...)

Open Question: American Blackwomen, why do you guys get so angry?
Ok I was at the store wearing my USC shirt NYE and went to the USC vs Penn State.. I was in the store getting some drinks for the big game and there were two black girls I think ages 20-25 in the liquor section with me!! One turned around and said, are you going to the game. I said yes, then she goes, where you sitting? I said i have the best seats in the house and grab my stuff and walked away QUICKLY, she said, were you going, i wasn't interested and kept on walking and turned away and smiled then continue to walk away then she called me a B***** just because I didn?t want to talk to her.. Then in line she was behind me and said that ( Oh he?s probably a sell-out punk anyways ) I?m not a sell-out I?m just not attracted to black women at all so I wanted to kind of cut it short!! I think she may have been confused because I am Brazilian but I could pass for a black person, I love Brazilian women as you can see they are smoking hot so why would I want a American black women over a smoking hot Brazilian woman?? I'm just 100% not attractive to american blackwomen nor want to be friends with american blacks because to many of them get in trouble and i dont want to end up in jail from what my parents told me, i had a couple try to talk to me in the past but i just don't like them. I don't know where to start!!! GGGRRRR I need to write a biography that's going to be displayed at my companies website. Everyone Else's biography talks about their educational background and experience my problem is that im the youngest person working their and i have not completed my BA yet. Open Question: Is USC scared to play outside of Cali?
People talk about how they "beat up" on Penn State at the Rose Bowl. Does anyone realize that this is a home game for USC? Playing at home is HUGE and this definitely played into this year's game. Can USC win against teams like Florida, Texas, OU, Bama or even Ohio St at their respective venues? This is something that we may never find out! If you do not think a home town crowd plays into the mindset of a team, you are kidding yourself! The only teams they "beat up" on during the season are the PAC 10 teams (except for Oregon St). Open Question: Do you think I'll get accepted into USC?
Right now I only have a 2.9 GPA. I want to get into the communications program. In total, I received 3A's 7B's 2C's 1D for 42 credits. By the end of this semester I will have 60 credits, but I really think that these grades will not get me; it's mainly that D that's holding me up, and those 2 C's don't work either. Do you think I have a chance? If not, do you have any suggestions from where I should go from here? Thanks (more...)

Open Question: I've never been outside the East Coast. When it's time, should I go to a college farther from home?
I've always wanted to go to California, but my dream school is Duke University. But I also want to do something to get away from home. I'm only a freshman in high school but they always stress how important it is to start thinking about these things. I don't care where I get my undergraduate degree which is why a school like UCLA or USC far from little old South Carolina seems good. Is that a good idea, or should I stay close to home? I know its my choice and I should do whatever is best for me but I need some "been there, done that" advice. (more...)
