Open Question: verizon makes no sence?
i had an LG envy,but it broke so i got a new one from the insurance. The new phone is like a knock-off or something, there are not LG symbols like on my old phone. but it dose have Verizon symbols. it doesn't work correctly aether so i took it to a verizon store. They said they couldn't help me because it wasn't one of their phones(but it clearly says VERIZON on it like 3 times). is their anything i can do to get the phone i paid for not this dumb fakie? Open Question: How to hook up an Xbox 360 to the internet using a laptop that is connected to internet via Network Card...?
Staying at a hotel...don't want to pay $15 a day on internet. I have a network card from work. Verizon broadband/network card whatever you want to call it. I HAVE TRIED: ICS (internet connection sharing) Manual and Automatic IP addresses i think that there might be something i can do with the subnet mask...not sure. I have gotten the XBOX to recognize the PC at one point, i lost that, but then when i share the internet....nothing. Anyone with any experience in this matter, pleas provide detailed info. There is a lot of youtube videos on how to connect with wireless internet...ie. the laptop is connect to a wireless router and then you share the connection and plug the xbox into the back ethernet port....same concept except you are dealing with a Broadband network...so...I am trying to avoid spending more money and I just don't have very much networking experience. CROSS OVER CABLE DOES NOT WORK...not recognized when plugged in ... Straight cat 5 Ethernet cable seems to work fine. Using Dell Latitude D630 Using Verizon wireless PC5750 PC Card Using Cat 5 Ethernet cable been there already blackbox...thanks anyways... Open Question: what is a good verizon phone that has a qwerty keyboard, and does not require the internet plan?
i'm going to be getting a new cell phone very soon and i have no idea which one to get. i currently have the enV 2 and i just think that it is too much the same as my first enV. i really like the blackberry Curve, however i'm not allowed to have the internet plan because my dad refuses to buy it. Then I noticed that there is something called a blackberry plan? How much does that cost? The other phone I was looking at was the Blitz, but I've read that that is a very flimsy and poorly put together phone. I text A LOT and I want a phone with the qwerty keyboard, but with the internet situation that kind of decreases the number of choices i have. Could someone please help and give your advice? Thanks :) preferably a keyboard that is not on a touch screen, because i tend to click more then one key when i'm using the touch screen phones. and also, something that is smaller then the original enV. could you give me opinions on the blitz or curve? or should i just stop looking at the curve altogether? Ok, I have been hearing that Alltel will be terminated and switched to Verizon because Verizon has bought or will buy them by the end of this month. I am currently with Alltel and was wondering if they would just switch my Alltel account to a Verizon account. I was just curious to how this will work and how would it impact Alltel customers. Hi. I dropped my verizon venus phone in the snow when walking my dog. It seems perfectly fine (yay!), but I can't seem to find the moisture indicators.
