Open Question: Can you PLEASE resolve my problem?

Resolved Question: How do I resolve a problem I have with a drunk neighbour?
My neighbour two doors down and his wife have split up recently and he's been drinking 24-7 and has lost his job which obviously means he's nothing to get up for now and he's an absolute wreck. He's developed a habit of knocking our door constantly and at any hour, if we refuse to answer he knocks our windows and then gets aggressive and shouts abuse through the letterbox before carrying onto the next house in the street and doing the same, my partner refuses to allow me to confront him and he can do this for up to 30 minutes at our door. We live in a very quiet and decent neighbourhood and feel that we should not have to put up with this, we should feel safe in our home, which we work hard to keep looking decent.
My other neighbour Elizabeth called the police last night because he had basically invited half of Glasgow over to the west end to party in his house and his property is wrecked today, he's still drinking and comes in and out constantly shouting and singing, he's had music playing constantly, this guy is everything you don't want in a neighbour!
What can I do?
How do we stop him bothering us?

Voting Question: how do i get my ipod touch to actually work!?
after several failed attempts to download itunes 8.0 i finally got it working. now i try to plug in my new ipod touch for the first time and it still gives me a window saying i need to upgrade something else. here's exactly what the window says: "itunes requires a newer version of apple mobile device support. please uninstall both apple mobile device support and itunes. then install itunes again."
will doing that potentially harm my computer and/or lose my music? if you have or know how to resolve this problem, how do i? any information would be good im kind of getting frustrated with this.

Resolved Question: Zune 2009 frozen issue will be fixed tomorrow?
"Early this morning we were alerted by our customers that there was a widespread issue affecting our 2006 model Zune 30-GB devices (a large number of which are still actively being used)," Microsoft said in an e-mail. "The technical team jumped on the problem immediately and isolated the issue: a bug in the internal clock driver related to the way the device handles a leap year. That being the case, the issue should be resolved over the next 24 hours as the time change moves to January 1, 2009. We expect the internal clock on the Zune 30-GB devices will automatically reset tomorrow (noon, GMT). By tomorrow you should allow the battery to fully run out of power before the unit can restart successfully then simply ensure that your device is recharged, then turn it back on. If you're a Zune Pass subscriber, you may need to sync your device with your PC to refresh the rights to the subscription content you have downloaded to your device."

Resolved Question: How can I make my boyfriend understand that 2 Live Crew is disgusting?
He hates the music I play in the morning (it was New Kids on the Block this morning) so his response is to put on 2 Live Crew. The lyrics are absolutely gross. He thinks I'm overreacting and says it's the same thing as me putting on NKOTB. He thinks I'm being a drama queen, but I seriously just can't stand the vulgarity of that band, I wouldn't care if he put on anything else. Any ideas to resolve this spat?
