just legislative and judicial......with a committe of 12 with a chairman playing the role that the executive branch would play except that the committe would be a committe in the legislature and has to bring major decisions up for a vote. How would that work???? The only down side I see is in times of war, but the chairman of the committe could play the role of commander in chief, just as well as a president could.
