I was with my ex for 4 years when i found out i was expecting i was shocked.. and so was he it's like all of sudden he switched he wasn't nice anymore he told me to chose between him and the baby i chose the baby which he didn't like and got quite angry i left and went to live with my family overseas that was jan this year i haven't seen him since we have talked on and off i have been back in oz for about 3 months now a few months ago he sent me messages saying he had made a mistake that he loves me and misses me and wants us back together. then he pushes me away. which hurt. when i told him i was here he bombarded me with requests to see him wanted to talk to me but when i would bring up the topic of our daughter he would get all defensive and say it is not my child i don't want anything to do with it what happens if i get involved with it and you leave again i will get really hurt again. i don't trust you he asked me to leave.. i didn't want to but he seems so angry that i did but still asked to see me. i then found out he was seeing someone i asked him about it he said oh never feel threatened by her.. things will never go anywhere she is just ok, i don't love her he would ask to see me behind her back he gave me his new work mobile number sent me messages saying if i wanted to chat i should call him asking over and over to go for a walk with him etc i didn't because he refuses to talk about our kid and he is seeing someone i feel that he is only seeing her to avoid dealing with reality that he is using her. so he wont have to sit alone every night in our old apartment. that's what i think i don't understand why he would want to see me..yet not even want to know his own daughter's name? why he would talk to me and ask to see me behind this girls back? why he doesn't want anything to do with our child i confronted him about everything that i thought his behaviour was appalling that he is a selfish immature prick and he said he cant deal with me in his life and to never ever contact him again now he is refusing to speak to me at all he pulls me in, pushes me away anyone have any idea what is wrong with him? please, please i need some advice yes i know you will probably say forget him it's easier said than done. but we had 4 wonderful years i want us to be friends for our kids sake and i want her to know her daddy i just don't understand why he is behaving like this to us. you're right he is a heartless sob but even thought i know this i still in a way don't understand how someone can think to behave like this is ok (more...)

I recently like a few days ago, found my daughter after a 12 year search. To the beginning... C and I, we were young, and unwed and this was our first child, her mom M, hated me, and 3 months into the pregnacy i was told by M, that she had miscarried. I made alot of attempts to speak with C over the phone, and face to face. Well about two weeks after the "miscarrage" the phone was disconnected and then a month later the mobile home was moved and I had no further contact at all. I was informed about 8 months later , by her best friend, that in fact she hadn't miscarried but gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. we'll call her D. The search was on... and she had moved from the state... Well a few days ago, while searching through a very popular website, I found my exs profile and there sat that beautiful baby girl, well shes now 12 so she not a baby anymore.. Well, after a long hard debate, i decided to send her an email. BTW two months after she was born, her mom married another guy, I just knew his first name A, and they were divorced 5 years ago... Well C responded, very harshly at first in the email, I responded very calmly and nicely, as I did in the first email. After I sent the response, I was blocked from sending her anymore. Well about 2 hours later my cell phone rang.. it was C. Of course I was utterly taken by this, but she told me that her and A, had a dna test ran on D and it said that A was the father. I'm not convinced, and C has agreed to allow another paternity test to be done.... The question: What if she really does turn out to be my daughter. How do you go about breaking the news to a 12yo. I don't want to just jump in and say "i'm your daddy", but I do wantto be apart of her life. Now, I'm aware that there is an out side chance that I'm not the father, but highly unlikely. You'd have to see the photos, of me, C, my family and of course D. She looks nothing like A at all. But should that happen, I will finally have some closure and most importantly the Truth... So how do you break the news to D? I don't want her to think that by me not being in her life for 12 years, that it was my choice, when it wasn't, her mother made that choice. What do I do??? BTW, about the test, I'm going to wait until after Christmas to do the test... I've wait 12 years, so a few more weeks will not kill me.... (more...)

sorry in advance for any spelling mistakes... Reece has a strict nap and bedtime routine. i worked hard at getting hm used to it and he does well with it. this evening, i wanted a bath, so i asked his daddy to put Reece to bed (heaven forbid!) and explained what to do. (put him in his cot, tuck him in, turn on the mobile, give him his dummy/paci, and kiss him good night) i got in response, i KNOW how to put my son to bed!!!!! well i had to get out of the bath, Reece was screaming bloody murder... i tried doing my thing, didn't work because he was so hysterical. so his daddy is currently lying in our bed with Reece, with my routine laying in tatters.... i am so mad. i am the one that is here all day and the one who regardless of who is here, looks after Reece. i know that he will not nap tomorrow without a fight! so my question is, what does your 'better' half do, that really winds you up? i am in no way angry at Reece... just fed up that when i ask my BF (we aren't married) to do something, he does it half assed, and i end up having to work twice as hard. mbrcatz, i am not out of line. when i raise his son, day in day out by myself, i am entitled to tell him to do things my way. i never ask him to do anything, ever. he works, yes, but i do EVERYTHING. i run around like a blue ar$ed fly picking up after him. when i ask him to do something, he doesn't do it period, or makes a half assed attempt so he can sit back down and watch tv. then I am the one who is left to pick up the pieces. obber, i don't totally understand you, btw i do have OCD, but i wouldn't say it was a major problem (maybe it is....) and even if i was a single parent, i would cope perfectly fine. i do everything anyway. I have a lab whom is getting old. ( she is 6 & my baby). she really does not eat a lot...( about 1 & a half to 2 cups per day) yet she is 10 pounds overweight. she is supposed to be 70 pounds , according to the doctor, but weighs about 80. & her vet just said to cut back her food.. & do the excersise.. however..... she wont go for a walk anymore cause her arthritis hurts her.. but jumps when she gets to go bye bye in the car.). ( it gets her excited.. bless her).. she started out being my dog.. but when i married my husband.. she became "daddy's girl.. ( her choice).. so he takes her everywhere he can minus work.. I give her k9 aspirin.. ( yes for dogs).. but i need to know since she wont walk anywhere... & hates being away from daddy... what can we do or give her for her weight? the vet didnt seem to take my suggestion ( I asked to have her checked for a thyroid problem or doggie dieabetes..) since she really does not eat a lot but gaines lots.. what can i do? I do NOT free feed her....... she gets fed on schedule & then goes out to the yard, to do her business... But getting Her to play??? not gonna happen unless daddy is around.. & even then she still refuses to chase after a ball anymore.. ( cant blame her she hurts) but she will just hang around & be content & happy with her"daddy" sitting on the porch... even he cant get her to go for walks.. but.. again... her arthritis has gotten bad... ( she used to play.. about a little less then a year ago) But it just hurts her now & we make her as happy as we can to make up for it all.. she is happy... she shows it... Poor girl...( i feel bad for her during the flair ups of the arthritis) she is well cared for.. & when she is in the mood she does go for walks.... just not far.. ( we live in a mobile home park) & the managers hate her or other dogs anywhere but their own yard... ( the yard is big enough.. but...) she just wont take advantage of it... I had her since she was a puppy.. & my husband became part of our family since she was 9 months old. so we love her... & the doctor agrees that we dont need to put her down... yet..... so... what else can i do?? I know this is long.. sorry... i just really ( we just really love her. she has a pillow bed... Next to ours... lol... ok thanks guys... so im asking.. what can i do to help her diet? or is it a thyroid thing? I guess i wrote this long because i want you all to know.... WE LOVE her... & its important that we make her comfortable! & too many ppl say.. put her down.... NOT gonna happen.. she is our "baby" she will be 7 soon.. ( december 25) yep my christmas baby... Oh i forgot.. my Dog has to be on a certian type of food.. as she has food allergies... So i feed her stuff without all the preserves, & Cant feed her poultry & lamb i believe her vet said... so we have her on a special hypo allergenic type of food.. plus the doctor has her On benadryl .. yes benadryl for allergies.. so that should anser the one about. what food to give her.. she also said not to have her On chicken.. but other then that... that was about it... she has food allergy. & it shows.. but she IS soft, her teeth are good.... her eyes are clear... & she does not eat enough as it is.. i cut her food anymore down.. & she might starve.. she only gets ( doctors orders) a cup to 2 cups per day.. for a lab,,, its not a lot. trust me.. ive seen the cups. I feed her & care for her as if ( & she is ) my daughter.. (more...)

HI i am a 22 yo single mother of 3 boys and 1 girl all under the age of five this is my story.A few years ago a met this guy in melbourne Dan and we fell in love things were great for a while untill i discovered he was hiding a huge secret from me he was a herrion addict and i suppose you're all thinking how could you not know but i really had no idea he didn't look like a drug user and because i didn't know anything about drugs and drug use i didn't know what signs to look for anyway by this time we had already had our first little boy and our second child was on the way it wasn't untill this time that i'd really figured out what he was doing know i understood why he wanted new mobiles and he was always wanting me to buy him expensive valuble things such as jewllery and was always loosing them and a few times he'd told me he'd been robbed and i believed him because i loved him and wanting him to have nice things so in the end he;d convinced me to get him his own card to my credit card so he could use as he liked and i trusted him so i did and well there went my credit rating he had maxed out all my cards so i left him but he promissed he would get help and we had kids so i wanted to make it work so we moved 4 hours away in with my parents while we looked for our own house every thing was going fantastic and we had to more bubs but one day i came home from a weekend away with my kids and my friend and her kids to find that he'd robbed me he'd taken everything i worked so hard to build for my babies heleft a note basicly saying he can't live without it (the drugs) i was heart broken still am and my kids miss there daddy in the mean time my perents had divorced my dad has remarried and moved over the other side of australia and my mum has hit the bottle pretty bad but im trying to stay stronge for my kids i want to give them the whole world but as if this wasn't enough now the only car i have has blown the motor and as my credit is stuffed because of dan i cannot afford to have it fixed as im on a single perent pension is there anyone that could give me a personal loan of 5000 dollars so my kids and i can get our car fixed and so ican pay of these bills that i constantly stress over so maybe i can afford to give my kids the christmas they desserve i am an honest and caring person im not trieng to get pitty from everyone im just a mum trying to give my kids the best i can thankyou in advance to anyone who can help i anyway (more...)

I gave my girlfriend an expensive mobile phone...but since I realized that she always compare me to her bestfriend's "husband" that gave things to her bestfriend things that I couldn't yet afford...we always fought on that...money thing, she doesn't deserve the phone! I tried not to think of evil of her....but I then had not controlled my temper so I went to her place (her best friend's place, the one with a "sugar daddy") and told that this will be the end for us! I told her that I'm just her boyfriend and not her husband or sugar daddy!
