Jackass - The Movie (Unrated Special Collector's Edition)

Some critics see the success of
Jackass: The Movie as the last nail in the coffin of civilization, and they're probably right. This compilation of pain-inflicting stunts and embarrassing pranks has no artistic merit whatsoever--which doesn't keep it from being freakishly entertaining. Among other things, Johnny Knoxville and his posse get beaten up by a female kick-boxing champion; shoot bottle rockets out of their rectums; run amok in Japan wearing giant panda bear costumes; swim with whale sharks while holding pounds of brine shrimp in their swimsuits; and get done up in realistic old-age makeup so that they can race each other in motorized wheelchairs, among other goofs. It's a weird mixture of machismo and masochism, adolescent recklessness and frat boy homoeroticism, and someday someone will write a doctoral thesis about how
Jackass relates to our safety-obsessed society. In the meantime, just enjoy.

Resolved Question: /When will the next Japanese/Chinese War take place?
China is growing in power and they have huge nationalistic hatred towards Japanese, and militarism. Many Chinese want a massacre in Tokyo like Japan did in the Rape of Nanjing. When China gets strong enough to ignore the US, this will probably happen. (China's top generals are extreme hawks). What is your analysis of the facts?
If there is internal problems with China eg revolt, inciting hatred against Japan, even faking a Japanese attack on a Chinese ship to start a war, could help focus people's anger on an external enemies and keep the government strong.

Resolved Question: is a black hole, working cold fusion?
hypothesis:
fusion= 1H + 1H - (N) heat = 1 He (negative)
fission= 1 He + force = 1H, 1H, (N) heat
so if you were to fuse an atom and then split the same atom it would take more energy to fuse it than to split it.
now,
fusion= 1H + 1H + (N) cold = 1 HE (positive)
fission= 1 HE + force = 1H, 1H, ?
so in fusing an atom under cold, you will get more energy if you split that same atom.
if you fuse an atom under cold, it would need to be at absolute zero (0 degrees kelvin) where the atoms have COMPLETELY stopped moving, and using something to force the two atoms to occupy the same space, when you do this you should have something that A) either needs energy or B) will be extremely sensitive and split on its own creating an extreme amount of energy.
take a look at how stars work, they are constantly fusing atoms together using heat, it then expands into a red giant, and then implodes on itself and becomes a black hole, the hawking radiation theory that your using anti particles, should mean that your satisfying the atoms needs to meet equilibrium again. this is just a hypothesis, but im looking for feed back please.
this is not about the sun, the question im asking is, is a black hole cold fusion?
thanks lithium, thats what i was thinking was that if you actually COULD take the temperature of a blackhole that it would be absolute 0 but such an instrument that could measure that and not disintegrate, well im not that far along yet haha thank you for your answer

Resolved Question: Truly an accident that I'm not responsible for?
I want opinions on what I should do about this.
I have a 10 month old female great dane pup and a 3 year old male great dane. Neither is spayed/neutered (No preaching. The male's been shown to two points away from championship, hips/eyes/elbows/heart/etc all certified and came back in good shape, and he's registered, color pure, and solid black. The girl was doing well with her shows, too, no relation, color pure, solid black, registered, etc, etc-no tests done because she's too young as of yet).
We recently PCS (permanent change of station for those not familiar with military lingo)'d to Okinawa Japan. Of course, we brought the dogs as well. After a trillion, zillion hours being away from them, going through enough red tape to make a preacher curse, months of working on importing them from the USA, carefully watching my girl through her first heat and keeping her away from him to be sure nothing happened between him -or- the unneutered male dog that lived behind us (because after all-I'm sure everyone here knows that dogs can mate through chain link fence), THIS happens.
We don't yet have housing and there is NO hotel in Okinawa that will let people bring great danes in. We had to check them in to the on-post kennel anyway because of the whole quarantine bit. We told the attendant night before last that the dogs were NOT spayed/neutered and the female was currently getting toward the end of her heat. They were placed in seperate kennels, beside one another (with a concrete barrier high enough for no chance of accidental mating to occur), given food, water and some well deserved love after making such an extreme venture. This information was placed on their placards along with everything else about them.
Yesterday they call my husband at work and tell him the morning attendants decided to move our large (35.5 inches at the shoulder) boy to an outdoor kennel so he could get a little exercise. ...And they decided he was lonesome so they put the girl in with him.
Without watching them.
They come back, find them tied, my male's genitals twisted within her. They called the vet, at least, and had to ice my boy down every 15 minutes for quite some time. The VET'S opinion is that she was too far into her heat to become pregnant, but for the next month I'll be watching her like a hawk.
I never authorized them to move him, neither of us were ever contacted about the dogs until after this happened. I CERTAINLY did not tell them to put them together, much less leave them alone together!
I've already contacted my breeding mentor...and she's as thrown for a loop on this as I am. Kennels make mistakes... but this is about as serious as it gets.
What do you of the devoted yahoo answers dog brigade suggest I do? The idea of spaying her makes my heart hurt. She's been doing so well at shows (and we fully intended to fly back and forth every 3-5 months with both of them for shows, to finish the boy and get her done as well), but she'd only be a year at birth. People already reserved puppies with me on the sheer possibility that these two might, someday, have offspring. They'd have homes (I'd be sending puppies all the way back to the states. The idea is terrifying. I'll drown in the paperwork).. but she's so young that it worries me.
Tell me what you think. And like I said. No preaching. Please.
CF-I think there IS an -injection- actually. I don't know for certain that they'd have it over here, but it certainly won't hurt to ask today when they go in for their 72 hr examine (all dogs must be examined by a post-based vet within 72 hrs of import)
3 weeks and a couple of days into the heat, so she was almost entirely out of it.. but I know enough that it's completely possible that if anyone's going to get pregnant at the end of a heat, it'll be a puppy like her.
Sheltie-thank you. I try so hard with these two. Anyone that shows dogs knows you do it for love of the breed, not any sort of monetarial purposes (because the $6600+ just to get them over here and the thousands we'll spend flying them back and forth couldn't be repaid even if we went puppymill crazy). They're your kids, part of the family, and great danes are some of the best friends in the world.
Sparky-Holy crap, how did you know?! Okinawa is almost all navy/marine/airforce. We're part of the very tiny 1200 army present.
Basset-If she's pregnant she'll be immediately put on nutro large breed puppy food (she was switched to simple large breed because she started ignoring her bowl for the bigger dog's, and at 110lbs/30" she's practically adult sized for a girl already) and supplemented with rice/chicken/broths/etc. If we can't abort without hurting her or get her a morning after shot.
No, the same attendant was not present to my understanding. Nightshift and dayshift differ (apparently). The kennel is actually closed on Wednesdays (it's thursday here right now, for reference)-we were only allowed to drop off food and allow them to do their kennel work.
I have no intension to sue right now-I agree, there are too many lawsuits out there about everything and people are too lawsuit-happy. However, if she does end up pregnant, I'm tempted to take them to task to pay for the vetrinary work that must be done-no matter what it may be.
Hol-the pregnancy idea isn't necessarily so fearful. I'd know what to look for, my mentor is a fantastic person (we already agreed if this does happen and we can't abort safely that we'll set up a live webcam feed for her to watch and help me out online. Yay for laptops!) and I've researched this since my boy was 1.5 years old and doing well at his shows-when I was only considering the idea of breeding. I know a lot (not that I know everything) and will surely only learn more if this does happen.
6 months in a dog that small would have terrified me.
Bonnie-=) I completely understand your view point. Lots of people find them boring. The post is so long because there is a LOT going on here.
My dogs are also involved in agility (Yes! ones THAT big! lol) but they do not compete in it. The girl loves flyball and the boy loves to go outdoors and track random things left out for him to find (we had a plethora of animal hides we were holding for a friend and were gifted a few, so I used to lay them out behind trees and such to let him 'hunt' down).
For Game: You're more than welcome to keep your opinion and I'll keep mine. My dogs love the shows sheerly because of all the attention they get. They love the applause and the time near the other dogs.
Great danes do not prance for no reason. Mine practically dance around the ring and they have since their first shows. Some dogs may not enjoy it. Mine do.
And yes, of course I'm going to do what's best for her health. Showing be damned. She's my girl, my puppy first and a show dog second. It's just regrettable if it IS a spay that's what's best sheerly because of how much potential she has.
Veta-they ARE adorable snugglies. My two are both solid black with natural ears, big brown eyes and floppy, sloppy lips =)
