Open Question: Thinking about at home daycare, do I need insurance?
I am a stay at home mom and I wanted to babysit some kids during the day or night and maybe make some extra cash, do I need to get insurance for that and if so what kind? I rent so I do not have homeowners insurance. And also what kind of tax problems am I going to run into? How much should I set aside each week? I am assuming that at the end of the year when I do taxes I would claim all of the money that I make and pay taxes then, is that correct?

Open Question: Roommate Problems Please Help!?
So here is the deal. My maid of honor and hubby's best man live with us. We barely talk to them because the maid of honor started to give us an attitude for no reason. Last month we were told that they talk about us behind our backs. One of my bridesmaids told me she even talked about me on my wedding night. that just kinda pissed me off because she was supposed to be my bf. Anyways the thing is my hubby is being a push over, he is letting his friend take so much advantage of him, he dosent seem to realize. the past 2 mon. he had to cover part of his rent and utilites including this mon. he told my hubby he pay him back last monday.nope he didnt. the rommates are a couple they both jobless and sleep all day. sleep till 5 pm then leave when it's time for the hubby to come home.THey are out of the door before i can even say something to them. THe girl her mommy pays her part of the rent and utilites. What makes me mad is why cant she cover her bfs part of the rent till he gets money instead of my hubby. we are over due on some bills because of this. if you were in this sit. what would you?

Open Question: Landlord/tenant issues. I believe my lanlord has crossed the line where do I look?
My boyfriend and I have been renting a room in a house since September. On October 16th the bank foreclosed on the home and as soon as we found that out we stopped paying the lady of the house rent because the bank now owns the house. Because of this fact she's pissed and is playing all these little games, turning the hot water down, taking over the bathroom that was originally part of our rental agreement, she has now cut a wire off to the power however still leaving the lights connected. saying that there is hot water and lights so we can't complain. Besides the light in the room we have no power, no heat, the water is barely warm and we are about the lose it. I am trying to find out some landlord tenant rules/violations. what is included when they say "utilities included what needs to be provided to not violate rights Please help me in anyways you can.

I have a mortgage on my home right now but we want to relocate and buy a home for the around the same price. We have had our home for 4 years and never had a late payment. We do have less then perfect credit. How do we go about this? Would it be better to rent? sell?? And how easy would it to be approved for a second mortgage or a new mortgage??

Open Question: Do cheap furniture rentals exist?
I just need to rent a kitchen table and chairs for 4 months. I don't care how crappy the furniture is I just conveniently want to rent from a cheaper place with flexible leases and not deal with selling/buying/storing.

Open Question: Is it possible for us to buy a 180,00-200,000 dollar home?
Combined income yearly is 55,000. His credit score is around 750 and mine is 700. Our monthly bills are 1 car payment of 250.00 and 1 credit card with a 500.00 balance?. That?s all! No student loans or anything? I also have a simple IRA that I contribute 100 dollars to a month (if that helps any). We have 19,700.00 in savings (willing to spend for down payment). Now, the problems are?.He has only been at his job for year and 2 months?and I have only been at my job for 9 months. Our jobs are good, I have a retirement plan thru them, already received 2 raises since I started and I have health benefits?the last problem?I?m 21 and he is only 23 and I have a feeling that no bank will loan us money for being so young? We have been dating for 5+ years and want to move out together?but DO NOT want to pay rent?rather own?and with houses being as cheap as they are and interest rates being low AND maybe with the help of a FHA loan?.Tell me what you think ;) Thanks!

Open Question: Does the landlord have to have his address on his driver's license?
Ok, so, basically at my school, I got disenrolled. I got disenrolled because I moved to another address, but, that's my mother's address, because when this lady that's out to get me asked for my mom's address she gave it, and I had to go to another school. But I live with my dad, because my parents are separated, and the address that my dad and i live on is the area of my school. We gave her the papers saying that we are in the rent of the house of where I and my dad live. She says, ok, well, bring the landlord, which is a relative i live with in the house sometimes, and i need to see his license, utility bill, and pg&e and all that you know. We gave EVERYTHING to her, and she then says, nope, the landlord's license is a different address than the house you're living at currently. The landlord doesn't need his license to say that he lives where we live, because he has multiple homes. you know? SO that is my question. Plus I'm still not in school, I'm in 8th grade, i know my facts,i know i'm right, we even when to the school district and made a complaint. But, I win, i always win. So please answer my question.
