I bought 10 lbs of chicken breast (frozen) and about 20 drumsticks (frozen) 24 hours ago. I left it in my car. The daytime temp. out here today was about 31F. In my car (I have a driving job that requires me to drive about 10-15 minutes and then spend about 30-40 minutes at my destination. My guess is that the temp in my car (where the chicken was) was not more than 60F. My question is simple. Is the chicken ruined, or can it be frozen again and then thawed as we needed? I met this guy (via myspace back in November)...I didn't meet him until December 14th. We met, hit it off, and have been talking/texting/or instant messaging every day since. my fiance and i have been together a little over a year. we just had a baby that is a couple weeks old. otherwise he has a daughter that is 2 and i have a son that is three. i have a 1998 Mitsubishi diamante, has a big sound system and car ran great until now. i left a dome light on for about 18 hours, and tried to start my car and nothing. i was able to jump it with another car, and it started just fine, but i heard a major clicking noise in the engine i didn't hear before. i left car on for about 20 minutes to charge the battery, and go back inside. 7 hours later come back out and same problem, but no dome light on. when i try to start the car, the engine clicks like it wants to start but then nothing. with my 4000 watt sound system could i have blown the alternator? i hear that starting the car and undoing the battery to see if alternator is bad, is not a good way to test. how can i solve his issue? To start off, I'm 14 and in grade 9. My knee has been bugging me for about a year and a half now. I actually remember how it happened, I was jumping on a trampoline back when I was 12 and hurt my knee so much I couldn't walk on it for the day. A week later it was PERFECTLY fine. A month or so after that it starts acting up, hurting a lot when I bend it, etc. What it's like now - Not necessarily worse then before. Some days it will be perfectly fine, I can't feel it at all. Other days I get sharp pains in my knee throughout the day. It'll hurt for 5-10 minutes, be fine for an hour. Sharp pains meaning, it hurts A LOT. If something hits me knee (even VERY weakly.. like I bump into a desk) my leg usually gives out and I fall to the ground because of the pain. It goes away in a minute or so. What is it.. a sprained / fractured knee, or something worse? My parents insist on me getting an x-ray and I'm about to give in (more...)
