Resolved Question: how do I register to vote in Idaho online?? ?
I already looked at the FAQ on http://www.idahovotes.gov/VoterReg/REG_FAQ.HTM
but to my amazement,.....it does not explain how to do it. I CANNOT find clear info on what to do other then go to the DMV, which I can;t because of my work schedule. Can someone give me CLEAR instructions on how to register or give me a link to somewhere I can fill in a form or something? I keep seeing commercials encouraging people to register to vote,.....but they don;t tell you how to do it. Please help! Thanks to all.

Resolved Question: Getting my drivers license back after completing a deferred disposition?
I am living in the state of Idaho and was charged with a felony and 2 misdemeanors in the state of Washington while I was a minor. I plead guilty to get a deferred disposition to where after completing a probation period and other requirements the charges would be dismissed with prejudice. Soon afterwards I received a letter saying my drivers license in the state of Washington is suspended until I am 21 since I had a conviction date(which they also did put the wrong year on, as 08 instead of 07)..
I am an adult now, still living in Idaho, and have completed the requirements and received the papers of completion of the deferred disposition and that the charges were dismissed with prejudice. I am going to soon get my record sealed/exponged but I was unsure if I am able to get my license in the state of Idaho. The DMV here said that the state of Washington has to clear me first, and when I called the DMV in Washington she didn't give me much information and just said to file 2 papers to where I might be able to get it in a year from now.
I am wondering if since the charges were dismissed with prejudice(but I do have a date of being convicted), that I can go about being able to get my license in the state of Idaho.

Resolved Question: How would i go about registering a vehicle in another state?
I Currently live in Iowa and i am moving to Idaho in a week or so, my question is my current vehicle has plates for Iowa but has expired tags, i have insurance on it but i have not been driving it due to the tags. Well I would like to register it in Idaho but on there site it states the vehicle must be Idaho titled, well it is not because i am still paying for it. How would i get around this? Voting Question: Warrant help!!!?
I need to get a Idaho state ID, if I have a warrant from idaho will it show up at the dmv and will I screw myself. I want to take care of the warrant but I have no ID and I kind of need that to turn myself in etc.....Is it just standard questions like where I live, height blah blah or am I going to get held at the dmv because this stupid warrant shows up?????

Resolved Question: Registering a car from Idaho in California.?
I want to buy a car that has Idaho plates and I live in California. How do I get it registered in California? What are the procedures? The car will pass smog so that won't be a problem. Do I have to take the car to the DMV for them to inspect it? What do they check for? Thank you for your help.

Resolved Question: The DMV put me as a donor on my license, but I never signed anything....?
Do I have legal grounds to sue them? They never told me they were making me an organ donor, nor did I sign any sort of papers. I live in Idaho.
It's not that I don't want to be a donor, I looking for a reason to sue a corrupt government ;]
When I say "I looking", I mean "I'm looking", of course...

Resolved Question: Commercial Vehicle Title Problem Please Help!?
A family member bought a semi truck about three years ago and paid cash for the truck. He got the title transferred over to him and recently took it to his bookkeeper for paperwork purposes. The owner's brother picked the title up from the bookkeeper and went to Idaho DMV and registered himself as a lien holder. Does my family member have any recourse, what can be done?

Resolved Question: How much would it cost to register a car in California?
Well, I just got a lovely Honda 1997 Honda Accord as a gift from a relative in Idaho. I have been driving it around in California to get to school and work. I need to register it in California and get new plates and all that jazz. Do you know how much that would cost me?
Does the DMV care if Im on a budget? (doubt it...)

MY CHILD LIVES WITH MY PARENTS IN IDAHO & HAS SINCE SHE WAS 3 WHEN THEY MOVED FROM CALIFORNIA & WHEN THEY MOVED I GAVE MY PARENTS MY WRITTEN CONSENT TO LIVE WITH THEM & TO MAKE ANY MEDICAL DECIONE a ENROLL HER IN SCHOOL WHEN THE TIME CAME ECT.. WE HAD A LAWYER THAT IS A LONG TIME FAMILY FRIEND HELP WITH THIS GOT IT NOTARIZED & ALL. EVERYTHING HAS BEEN JUST FINE NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. UNTIL IT WAS TIME TO GET HER DRIVERS PERMIT. THE IDAHO DMV SAID MY PARENTS HAVE NO LEGAL SAY AT ALL NO LEGAL CUSTODY & NO POWER OF ATTORNEY OVER HER.DMV HAS CAUSED A BIG MESS CONTACTED HER SCHOOL & SHE CAN'T TAKE DRIVERS ED. I TRIED CALLING THEM THEY WON'T EVEN SPEAK WITH ME ALL .TOLD ME I COULD JUST BE SOMEONE MY PARENTS OR CHILD HAD CALL TO TRY TO GET AROUND THINGS.MY PARENTS WERE TOLD THEY HAD TO HAVE TEMPORARY GUARDIANSHIP OF MINOR OR POWER OF ATTORNEY OF SAID MINOR. WHEN THEY GOT ONE OR THE OTHER THEY COULD HELP THEM BUT NOT UNTIL THEN. WHO DIED AND LEFT THE DMV IN CHARGE.{ YOUR INPUT PLEASE }

Resolved Question: VA and ID DMV for military?
I'm getting married this saturday...and moving to Idaho with my airman on tuesday the 10th. I'm going to the DMV in VA on the 9th to get my new last name updated...Will I have to get an Idaho driver's license or do I keep my VA license???? Some DMV workers said yes and some said no....really confused please help
