Resolved Question: How can a person find out if a relative has died that they have lost contact with?
I live in Thailand and my father became very sick.He is or was very old.I lost my cell so my # had to change.All my #'s were lost.My brothers house burned down.So he lost his home phone and we were not to close so I didn't know his cell #.My sister gave up her home phone for a cell.I lost her # and cannot contact her at her job.All of my old friends have moved away.I have no idea of how to find out how my father is doing or if he has passed away.What can I do?He lived in Nampa or Caldwell Idaho.I am not sure because I think he may have changed hospitals.I am worried sick about it.What can a person do to find out if he died?

Resolved Question: Is she mad at me because of this boy or because i've decided to be baptized at her church?
My one friend and I got really close our last semester of school and over the summer before she had to go to BYU. During this time this one guy she liked asked me on a date and she kept insisting that we go out when i told her i couldn't go on a date with him knowing that she liked him, but she kept saying "just go on a date i'm sure you'll like him", so I did.Anyways since shes been gone that guy actually asked me out and im sure she heard all about it and it seems like since he has asked me out she wont answer my messages and also since i've told her i have decided to be baptized and i really want her to be a part of it (and do a talk). It's not like she'll have to see this guy either since he just left for his mission only 2 days ago. Maybe she is mad that i'm getting baptized? I dunno... im doing it because i want to be baptized, and maybe she thinks i'm doing it for a silly boy which is definitely not the case. I don't know what are your guys' thoughts? i just have this feeling that she hates me...
Also i haven't seen her in months because i'm still in Canada and she is over in Idaho so i cant flat out ask her. I've tried phoning her before i thought she was mad but its hard to get a hold of her because either me or her are busy. She will be back, however, this monday

Resolved Question: this is a letter that i have wrote to get some word out there?
To whom it may concern,
I would like to tell you what some of the votes and political decisions that have been made in this ?right to work? state has done to just our family. My husband has been a truck driver for over 10 years, he has never been late on a load, nor has he called in sick except one time that I can remember, that was due to injury on the job, he only allowed himself to be out of work for a few days.
My husband started working for Brian Wilson Trucking in Emmett Idaho, whom praised his work all of the time that he worked there. With the economy going as you all know that it is, it was becoming harder for Brian Wilson to find loads for my husband to get. He would be laid over for a few days waiting, or he would be stuck at home for a day or two, all of this with no pay. My husband did not complain, not once. He was never late on a load with Brian Wilson trucking.
Then I became ill, as I have severe anxiety and depression, I needed my medication changed. Since Brian Wilson Trucking was having a hard time finding loads, they said that if he could deliver the load on a Monday, that he could have a few days off, that way I would not have to go to the hospital to be monitored, since we had not insurance, and my husband could be home with me. This falls into the Family medical leave Act anyway. So Brian Wilson Trucking told my husband to be at the truck yard by 7:30 AM. He arrived at 7:00 AM, to warm up his truck which much to his surprise was gone. My husband immediately called and was told that he was late, so they had someone else take the load. He politely informed them that he was half an hour early, however that he was sorry perhaps he misunderstood. I heard the conversation that he had the night before, and it was said for him to be there at 7:30 Am as we have loud volume on our phone.
My husband was called the next day, and told to pick up his final paycheck. He was at that point under the understanding that he was being laid off, on the check stub was written, ?I hope everything works out for you, and good luck? What a kind message we thought, knowing how the loads were doing. So naturally my husband filed for his unemployment, and started looking for work. Much to our surprise, my husband was denied unemployment for being fired for being consistently late. At that point, what could we do, we were told that it was near impossible to fight this sort of thing.
Now, a couple of months later, I stand in the food bank line every Tuesday afternoon so that we can have food for our children, we have two girls, one is 5 years old and is named Darbi, and the other is 9 years old and is named Kati. They are good girls who deserve a Christmas. Unfortunately, thanks to Brian Wilson Trucking and the non rights for workers in the state of Idaho, my children get to learn how there is no such thing as santa clause. My oldest daughter is one of the singing angels at the Nazarene church, she sings like an angel, believing that this is the most exciting time in the world for her, because it is Christmas. My youngest has no idea that her Daddy being home everyday is bad, she thinks that it is great she gets to see her daddy all the time now. We do not have the heart to tell her that because he is home, that santa will not be at our house this Christmas. My children cannot wait to decorate a Christmas tree that will never arrive. We are on food stamps, but that does not put gas in our vehicle, or pay our rent. We have lived at 923 s Hayes Ave, unit b for over two years now, and love our neighborhood. When we get that eviction notice, we have no where to go. What shall I tell my singing angel and daddy?s little girl then?
Perhaps one of you, maybe you can have Brian Wilson Trucking tell my children why they are not going to have a Christmas, and why we may be homeless. Why does my husband keep getting bad reviews from Brian Wilson trucking when all he and I ever heard was how wonderful of a driver he was? My husband has looked everywhere for jobs, we have sold off what we can a pawned rings that belonged to my late mother so that we could buy medicine for my children when they had an awful cold.
Of course we are just one family, and Brian Wilson Trucking is just one of the many greedy, hypocritical businesses that thinks that they can get away with these things. There are many families suffering because of this greed and thoughtlessness. So I want to ask, how do you people who voted for this sleep at night knowing that we are not sleeping because we worry for our children. Please make at least some note of this letter, I am so tired of crying myself to sleep at night.

voted for Idaho to be a right to work state, this means that the employer has the right say and do what he wants without rights to the employee. We live in a red state. other wise we would be able to fight this, and frankly it is people who just want to pretend that these things do not happen everyday to good people, and prefer to ignore these things that make this country what it is.
that is my point, to be heard so that people may think about the bigger picture before they vote.

Resolved Question: Help! This is a huge life and decision and I don't know what to choose?!?
Okay so I live in Missouri and I really don't like it. I wanna be an actress and living in the midwest really is a damper on that job selection. I'm coming back home for a semester from college so I can save up money and go to a better college than now. I'm 18 years old and I'm finishing up my first college semester. I found out yesterday that my parents are going to stop paying for my car, phone, and contacts. They're going to charge me rent to live there as well. I really don't know what to do because I have to pay for school too and I have to save up money for college as well. There's no way to afford all of those things. My grandparents live in Idaho and said that they would have no problem having me stay with them, they'd give me a new car and would support me. I've made a life here and have some great friends (even if they bug me sometimes) but I'm so miserable here I really think I should go but I don't know if I'm just thinking all of this on impulse. Help please, this is really stressful and a huge life decision. What do you guys think?

Voting Question: Can someone help me figure out how to get my girlfriend back.?
I am 16 years old, and I live in Springfield, Oregon. My girlfriend was taken away to Blackfoot, Idaho (by her parents) against her will. She is miserable over there. Her guardians don't let her go outside unless it's for school, and she's not allowed to talk on the phone, or write letters. She's 16 as well, FYI. I need a way to get over there and safely bring her back here. I kinda already have a plan, but I need about $500 to do it. So if any one knows any jobs that 16 year old kids could easily get, that would be extremely helpful. But if anyone has any other possible plans or suggestions, I would really appreciate that too. I really love her, and I hate the fact that she is so unhappy over there. Please help me get her back!
I know I'm only 16, but there's no question that It's love. We already have a serious relationship, and leaving her is ABSOLUTELY NOT an option!

Voting Question: I need some Girlfriend Advice?
I recently left the island of Guam because the military moved me to Idaho. I had to leave my girlfriend behind. We have only been dating 3 months but have known each other a little longer. She is coming out here on th 28th of November. We were talking about getting married and being together and we started really fast but we were both as happy as we had ever been. The first 2 weeks i was gone... things were great. She would text me and email me everyday and we would talk 2 or 3 times a day. Things started slowing down and i then started acting jealous. She told me that the jealously would drive her away so i tried hard to stop. We kinda made up for a bit then when i felt like she wasn't putting any effort into the relationship i started questioning who she was hanging out with and why and all that. She then got really mad and told me not to call her anymore. She said she would call me when she wants to talk. I asked her if she loved me and she said I don't know. She finally called and informed me that she will only becoming to visit for a few months. I talked to her mother and her mother said that she is excited to come and still loves me but she just doesn't like arguing on the phone. Now that was the background information. What i need to know is... If she was seeing someone else she wouldn't come out here at all right?? Is she coming out here because she still loves me and wants to be with me like she said on every message and email and even talked about before i left? She told me that she would have married me before i left to. SO i need all the advice i can get because I really love this girl and do not want to mess things up when she gets here. Please HELP ME!!
