Resolved Question: When WILL THE AMERICAN PEOPLE TAKE BACK THEIR REPUBLIC FROM THE CONTROL OF US CORPORATE GOVERNMENT?
DUN & BRADSTREET listings of government units, offices, agencies, and instrumentalities. No doubt about the search results regarding the complete ?federalization? or ?corporatization? of the purported ?government?. Nothing about the ?United States? or ?UNITED STATES? is as it appears or is commonly presumed to be. It is a ?de facto? ?doctrine of necessity? by ?occupation? in ?bankruptcy? operating for the benefit of undisclosed third-party Principals who also allege to be Holders in Due Course as ?Prime Creditors?. Lawful government was deconstructed when after the Civil War the states and the ten southern states were ?Reconstructed? during and within the Reconstruction Acts.
The current form of ?government? has nothing to do with lawful ?government? or ?governance? of/by/for the people or the de jure union of several American states. Every aspect of the idea of ?government? has been incorporated and operates as an implied ?resultant? equity constructive TRUST and commercial franchise of the UNITED STATES, having no fixed or pre-determined rules to run by, because the organic rules operated ?without the United States?-District of Columbia, ?within the United States of America?, which is a diverse and distinctly different entity at law in commerce.
This subject can be elaborated ad nauseam, but the gist is what you may have already summarized and concluded. How can a corporate executive of a non-Constitutional entity be held accountable to his actions under a Constitutional standard, where there is no one in any aspect of the same CORPORATION that has authority to do so? Furthermore, the CORPORATION itself has no nexus to the Organic Constitution for the United States of America, where exist the only mechanisms and constructs for ?lawful government? and protections of un/in-a-lien-able Rights under the Bill of Rights. The CORPORATION is itself an abomination. The Federal Convention 1787, September 14. The state delegates voted on the motion to delegate authority to Congress to incorporate or to grant charters of incorporation, and it was explicitly rejected.

Resolved Question: can someone please proof-read my culmination project?
It takes as little as an ampere to kill someone; however, electricians are often surrounded by up to 200 amperes daily. The job of electricians became important around 1881, when there was a big enough interest in lighting the streets such. Electricians have one of the most important jobs of all. They make sure that people have power, and that things that run off electricity are always working. Having no electricity can cost companies thousands of dollars. In hospitals when the electricity goes out, people's lives are at stake. Almost all electricians go through an apprenticeship, or on the job training. They will always be needed, because nothing can replace the work done by people inside homes and businesses. Electricians are responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining various types of electrical systems and structures.
Even though electricity was discovered in the early 1700's, there was no such thing as an electrician until 1881. "Edison and other electrical inventors showed off their inventions at world fairs. Electricians were hired to operate the electrical parts at the expositions" (wois.org). Today, they mainly do the same thing. Except that it is not just in expositions. Now they repair and install electric systems in people's houses, in large factories, outside telephone wires, and skyscrapers. Electricians were the ones that made our daily lives as easy as they are now.
An electricians work is not all cookie - cutter. It requires some amount of skill that cannot be taught in a classroom. "Less than 5% of all Washington state electricians have a bachelors degree or higher" (wois.org). Most of the electricians go through an apprenticeship program, following a two year professional - technical school. Then they attend a four year on-the-job apprenticeship. They may also be trained through the military. Training lasts for 25 weeks depending on their specialty. To become apprentice, they must have a high school diploma or GED. They must also have a college level algebra class with a "C" or better. To become professionally licensed, they must get a high score on an electrical trade's aptitude exam. They must also have 8000 hours under direct supervision of a journeyman - level electrician. 4000 of the hours must be industrial or commercial work. They may also obtain a license by equivalent verified training in the military if they pass the licensing test.
Almost all of the fields in the service industry cannot be done by a robot. The electrical field is one of them. Half of becoming an electrician is knowledge, the other half consists of skills, abilities, and physical demands. Some of the demands vary from simple things like using their fingers to assemble small objects, to being physically active for long periods of time. Different types of abilities they need range from multitasking to judging cost, to having quick and accurate math skills. Being an electrician, there is not a lot of grueling, backbreaking work. It is mostly just wires and electrical components. It is usually a 40 hour a week schedule. Also there are many opportunities for overtime and on-call work. The national median yearly salary for electricians for $44,780. The benefits they receive vary by who they are hired for. Many jobs are found by electrical contractors, self employed, temporary worker agencies, and automobile manufacturers. "In addition to jobs created by the increased demand for electrical work, many openings are expected over the next decade as a large number of electricians retire" (bls.gov). There will be very many job opportunities for new electricians. The ones who have already been in the field will most likely take the place of the older, more expirienced workers who retire which will leave the entry openings available. A more exact statistic from wois (The Washington State Career Information System) states that; "Between 2006 and 2016, the number of new jobs to open up in this occupation in Washington State is expected to increase by 14.8%. It is estimated that 259 openings annually will be due to new positions, and 481 openings annually will be from workers leaving this occupation" (wois.org). So there should not be any problem for new workers to find a job when there are 740 jobs per year just in Washington State. Electricians are needed in every state, continent, and country. There would be many opportunities for moving to another place if the electrician wanted to travel.
The person who I decided to be my live source for my culminating project was Seth Cooper. When Seth first started becoming an electrician he went to school for three hours a night, two days a week in Boise, Idaho. The rest of the time he was an apprentice working at a hospital making 50 percent of that of a journeyman electrician at the time, which was $12.25 an hour. The good part was that his schooling was paid for. He has been a journeyman electrician for five years now. He is hired by the Oregon Electric Group an

Resolved Question: Does anyone know of an obscure poem "Nobody's Child" from the late 1880s or very early 1900s?
I originally encountered this poem in a book of poetry that was printed in the late 1800s, possibly earlier. I have absolutely no other clues or details to the poem or the book itself. I know that I am probably asking for the impossible.
However, I would like very much to be reunited with this poem. I had spent over a week preparing it on my own to perform as part of a melodrama theater presentation in the early 1990s in the Wallace Idaho Fifth Street Melodrama. It was an exquisitely sad piece that I never got to perform in public.
Again, I realize that I have provided nearly nothing in clues but perhaps, just maybe, somebody out there does know of this poem.
Naughty Kitty has nailed it!

Danger in disguise: candy-flavor drugs
Strawberry meth hasn't hit locally in a big way, but police are on lookout
What if someone had the brilliant notion to make "the world's most dangerous drug" sweet tasting by adding candy flavors and making it look like Pop Rocks? Well, someone did and it might be catching on. As a father of a fifth grader, I was naturally concerned when I heard about the newest form of methamphetamine, known as "candy-meth." An e-mail has been circulating on the Web, alleging that candy-flavored meth is being passed out to kids at elementary schools. To verify evidence to support the claims in the e-mail go to Snopes.com .
(see link http://www.snopes.com/horrors/drugs/candymeth.asp),
Candy meth is a potential threat to anyone tricked into thinking that it?s not harmful.
Parents need to be informed on what kind of drugs are out there. Furthermore, parents need to talk to their children about the present dangers of drugs.
Here are the basic facts that exist regarding candy-flavored meth:
- candy meth is most commonly flavored with strawberry and is known on the street as "Strawberry Quick."
- other flavors may include chocolate, peanut butter, cola, cherry, grape, and orange
- tell your children to never accept candy from strangers, or even friends if received from someone else
-meth is especially dangerous for kids, with symptoms of anxiety, paranoia, and increased heart rate
I am sure we can expect it in the future as trends tend to move through the larger cities," said Deputy Chief Julian Bernal, head of Dallas' narcotics division.
The Drug Enforcement Administration's Dallas office has not encountered the drug, but local agents are on the lookout, said spokeswoman Terri K. Wyatt.
"These are evil drug dealers who are marketing to kids," Special Agent Wyatt said.
Local bust
At 2 a.m. Tuesday, a Lake Worth officer spotted a man sleeping inside a Pontiac Firebird parked at a Sonic restaurant on State Highway 199. When police searched Ronnie N. Smith's car, they found more than 400 grams of strawberry meth in two large plastic bags, in addition to various prescription drugs, several stolen credit cards and driver's licenses and about $1,800 in cash.
The pink crystals in the large bags tested positive for meth, said Lake Worth police Capt. Dave Tatsak. While officers weren't inclined to give the stuff a taste test ? doing so would be illegal ? it "definitely smelled like strawberry," he said.
Mr. Smith, 45, of Jacksboro, was arrested on drug possession charges and was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail. He requested an attorney and refused to talk to investigators, leaving them with no idea where he got the Strawberry Quick or what his intentions with it were.
On April 11, a Fort Worth police officer found the drug during a traffic stop. About 5 p.m., the officer pulled over a Ford Explorer on a traffic violation in the 2300 block of Ridgmar Plaza and found a 20-year-old man in possession of some prescription Tylenol for which he had no prescription.
On the way to jail, the officer saw that the man was squirming, and once at the jail, the officer looked under the back seat and found a cigarette wrapper. It contained about a gram of "pink-colored, crystal-like substance believed to be methamphetamines," also known as Strawberry Quick, the officer wrote in the report.
"Depending on what the manufacturers use to cut the meth down, it can have various coloration, including pink," said Lt. Dean Sullivan, a Fort Worth police spokesman. "But our officers watch the TV news, too, so the catch phrase 'Strawberry Quick' did appear in at least one report."
He said he knew of no other accounts of the drug in Fort Worth.
About a dozen other local police agencies contacted said they had not come across the drug.
Growing concern
Concern over strawberry meth spiked nationally in February, when the Nevada Department of Public Safety's special investigations unit issued a police bulletin alerting law enforcement colleagues that the Carson City Sheriff's Department had seized some of the substance in late January.
The bulletin noted that the drug first turned up in Sacramento, Calif., where dealers were cooking meth with strawberry-flavored drink mix to cut down on the drug's bitter taste when snorted.
"If meth is cut with something after it is cooked, it loses its potency," said Special Agent Wyatt in Dallas. "With this, it's cooked into it. It's not diluted. It retains its potency."
Arkansas police also have reported finding strawberry meth, and the DEA in Washington, D.C., reports that a similar pinkish-red crystalline drug has turned up in Washington state, Idaho, New Mexico, Missouri and Minnesota.
Two weeks ago, the rise in reports prompted Se
