I was pulling out of a gas station parking lot and hit a parked car that was in my blind spot (stupid I know, but I didn"t see him). There was minimal damage to either of our cars. His car had some white paint on it from mine and vice versa. His car also had a tiny crack in the bumper. He didn't ask for my insurance information or file a report with the police, and since I was at fault, I didn't offer it. I gave them my contact information and left. If they do not file a report, or get my insurance information at the scene, am I obligated to give it to them if they request it at a later time? and what is the time limitation at which they can request that information? I have been trying to find the meaning behind my dreams. They seem to be recurring, but with different surroundings. But I'm always in a car, regardless. I'm always driving a burgundy SUV with my boyfriend in the passenger seat, and we stop in front of some weird house. I manage to stop the vehicle to let him out, but when it comes to me parking the SUV wont stop! I pull the emergency, take out the key, press the brake to the floor, it just speeds up. Usually before I get it to stop I wake my self up crying. But those aren't the ones that really get to me, the last few ones, I'm pregnant, and I end up having to drive the SUV into an object such as a tree or a house to stop the vehicle. Then all I see is red, and it flashes to me lying in a hospital bed. With my boyfriend crying, the doctor comes in says, "Mam, I'm sorry but we weren't able to save your baby..." and I wake up. Can anyone help me?! I have heard things such as dreams being a way for your brain to "file information" or "your dream about what happens during the day with a twist of your imagination" But I find that all hard to believe, I know there is some meaning behind it... can anyone tell me what that meaning is exactly? It's hard because while driving, I'll run these dreams over in my head and I try to avoid getting into vehicles of that color. Even to put myself in that situation alone I try to avoid it. (more...)

This is my essay. In it we have to state our career goals and how we plan on achieving them. It must contain explicit information and ideas. "At a young age I started to design. I would draw blueprints of amusements parks, think up inventions, and plan out architecture. But as I have grown up, so have my design pursuits matured. I plan to take graphic design to a new level. What I wish to do with my degree is replace, refine, and renew (Whether it is to make something ugly, beautiful, or to make something poorly designed into something functional). I wish to take my design instinct and incorporate it for the turn of this century. With the shift from an electronics age into a biology era, new jobs and technologies emerge?which I hope to be a part of through design. The ability to take these new technologies and opportunities and make them understandable by people like you and me, is one I would like pursue. Whether I create brochures and logos for emerging dominant industries, or going deeper and designing how we interact with their products, I wish to be a part of this exiting breaking point of our history. Particularly, my passion for design and art has been eminent in most my life. About a month ago, I was leaving a restaurant after spending some time with friends. When I was backing out of my parking spot, I came really close to hitting another car behind me. On the way home, one of the friends I was having dinner with called and asked if I had "hit that guy's car" because he said he "heard something" and then saw the guy get out of his car and look around it as if I had hit him. To which I honestly responded "no." My father, who owned a body shop for 15 years, inspected the damage the next morning to reveal no marks aside from the ones already there from incidents prior. Fast forward to today, nothing has ever come up about the incident either legally or within a conversation with my friend. However mentally, I can't seem to shake it. I get nervous chills just about every other day, thinking "the guy reported me, now the cops are looking for me!" I've informed my parents, which btw, the vehicle's information is all in their name, and prior to the incident we had moved here from another state, and changed the plates to the state of our current residence. My parents keep telling me "you're nuts!" or "you need to calm down and quit beating yourself up over nothing." But I just can't shake it. I know deep down that nothing will ever become a problem, because It would've become a problem already, yet I just can't stop thinking about the incident. First of all, does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can just relax myself and forget all about it? And two, is there in fact anything to worry about?
