i filled the form out for unemployment online on Wed. morning (31st) i got the approval/conformation number and it said that i needed to wait for 2 business days for the papers to go through the system, i have yet to hear from them and when i call the line is ALWAYS busy, or they have a recording saying they have a heavy workload and then hang up. so should i file the papers over the phone (that's if i can get ahold of them) or should i go through the internet again??? Hi! I am married since past three years. We have eight month old baby also. My in-laws especially my mother in law is creating hell lot of problems in our life from day one I got married. She has the mentality that I snatched her son from her. My husband and my Mother in law always fight on everything because of change of opinion. I never bad mouthed her. Being precise - We had a great fight in sept 2007(I went alone to India just for visiting her but she didn't wanted me to visit her house because she had guests in her house....when I reported the same thing to my husband , she fought with me on telephone that I am spoiling her image in front of her son.) She said many things to my mother also...I could not tolerate this that she is involving my mother in this (because ours was love marriage) so I said shut up to her and cut the phone. Then after a year My husband insisted me to say sorry to her. Just for him I became ready to do that...When we reached her house...she stopped me to enter her house and started fighting with my husband...I did what i promised to my husband..I touched her feet and said sorry to her...Things did not end here....she continued her annoyed behaviour with me till time I was there...(saying indirect things about my mom(who is divorcee)....I was really upset with her and went back to my mom's house without saying bye to her... After a year my in-laws came to my house when i was pregnant (5 months)....They came here because she wanted my husband to buy gold for her daughter's marriage. My husband took another loan for her just to make her happy..(He took one loan earlier when they had given function of our marriage)....After buying all the gold , on the very next day she fought with my husband that she wanted to buy more gold. My husband refused that he cannot afford to spend more (because it was beyond his capability)....So she fought with him and on next day she started fighting with me..on small small things(comanding me to do the things her way)....Still I did not uttered a single word. I kept quite throughout her stay. Most amazingly my father in law who was quite when whole fight happened......started a conversation with me and my husband that he want to know - why I don't love them? I told him that I will reply but only after giving birth to my Baby....I requested him to hold the discussing for 4 months...( I didn';t wanted my BP to go up since it could have affected my baby).....He replied that so many pregnant women takes tensions during pregnancy so I am giving unnecessary excuses....Then My mother in law came and started abusing my Me and my mom...that she has not tought me decency and all.....My patience limit was over and I broke the glass ouf of anger and went outside the house immediately to control my anger.... Now the scene is - My father in law is playing a great role in emotionally black mailing my husband and insisting him to get married for the second time without divorcing me. Though I know my husband will not do that...But still he does get disturbed to hear all that and that is very clear on his face....He is going to India to see them again....(earlier also he went to India but my mother in law insulted him in front of all her family member and took his signatures on paper- that he will not get anything from her property).....I don't want to stop my husband from going to his parents house but I am really disturbed as to what will happen now? I finished my course in June, and sat all the exams. My results from the Scottish Qualification Authority should have been posted out to me in September. Time passed, and still nothing. When I phoned the SQA I was told they were waiting on my college to mark one thing, but everytime I try to contact my old tutor to ask why it has taken him 5months or more I have been ignored. This includes emails and phone calls. Due to the fact I don't have this bit paper with the list of units I studied, I can't move into a career which I'm guaranteed a place in. Ok this is going to be long but I really need some advice on my situation.So I've been seeing this guy for 9 months. I live in VA and he lives in NC, im 20 and he is 26. He told me he was separated and got divorced in July. That was when we actually got in a close relationship. His ex tried to contact me a few times telling me that he is a liar and that he cheated on her a few times so im not the first girl. She came over his house few times and they had huge arguments. He told me she was crazy and that he doesnt care about what she does and cant really control that. She cheated on him with his best friend and thats why he cant stand her.She even admitted it to me that she did it. He is planning to move here in VA with me in about a month. So now 9 months into our relationship I came to visit him for the first time. e wanted me to come earlier but I couldnt so he always came to visit me. I paid $200 for the plane ticket. He actually owes me around $500 for all the etimes I helped him pay to stay at a hotel here, his phone and some other things. He never gave me the money back but he keeps promising that he will. I know he is trying to save more to move here but im starting to worry aboiut my money. So I came to stay for a week and on the first day his ex came to get the rest of her furniture while me and him were out. She saw my suitcase and all my stuff and threw my clothes outside from the balcony and stole one of my bags. Soon after we came back and saw all this, she came back for one more thing and it happened to be at the same time we were there. So she started getting in my face calling a b***c and to get out of her house. She pushed me and we kinda got into a fight but she evetually left. Then she came back later with a friend and started saying all this bad things about my boyfriend and eventually called the cops. When they came and spoke to me and my boyfriend, I found out he was still married to her! They are separated but she is still on the lease but she doesnt live there anymore and she had a new residence now so the cops told her she has no right to kick me out. And they went to her place and found my bag a few of my things were missing. I cant take her to court because it will cost more that the stuff im missing. She went to jail because of stealing and being loud. She does have acourt date in Feb. concerning all this. And today she put a restarining order on him which doesnt make sense because he didnt do naything to her. She was the one who came to his house when she isnt supoposed to be there so she got some bad record on her now. So he thinks she put a restraining order on her just to make him look bad. Now he says that it will be so much easier to get a divorce now that she did that. This whole time I thought he was divorced but he isnt!!! I understand that he is separted and can date me and everything, but he still lied to me. He says he didnt kow how to tell me because he really wants to be with me and loves me so he didnt want to tell me. He said she never signed the divorce paper even though he sent it to her moe than once; she also mentioned not ever signing it so I know its true. He says there is only so many times she can deny to sign it. I told him that he doesnt need to move here until he is comepltly done wit her. Now I feel stupid because she actually has the right to tell me to stop talking to him.She kept telling me all those bad hings about him, at the same time saying to leave him alone because he is married. Then she said you can have him, I just want you out of my house. So its like she was contradicting herself. Other problem is that he used to drink kind of a lot and I dont like it so he supposely stopped. We talk on the phone most of the day so I know where he is and stuff but sometimes I cant tell if he is drinking or not so I just have to either believ him or not on this one. I know he did it with friends and stuff and wasnt an alcoholic or anything but I just dont like it at all. He also did it when I was there and he says its ok if he does it with me because at least I know. He got so violent when he was drinking. We got into an argument and he pushed me into the door. His ex told me that he could be like that and now I dont if thats what he is really like or if it was just an accident. I dont know if he acted like that because he was drinking or if he would have done it anyway. He keeps telling me that he loves me to deah and wants to be with me. I also found a bunch of porn in his house and told him to get rid of it which he did except for a couple pictures. He knew I cant stand it and he still had it. He told me he kept so I can get rid of it myself. He kept like 6 pictures from a stirp club with a porn star or somehting. But thats so much worse than any magazine or dvd because he is in the picture and she is all over him!!! I think thats just disrespectful. So I got home and it kept bothering me so I told him and he said if its that important to him he'll get of it. I have al his passwords to myspace and emails. I don't know if he thinks im too controling. But I just have my own values and morals and I want him to respect them. Another thing is that I got tested positive for herpes 2 months ago... I know its from him so now this is really holding me back to even think about leaving him. I do have a lot of feelings for him and I love him very much but I dont know if all of this could be worked out. What do you think? Well i dont think that he really cheated on his wife bcuz they r separated AND she had been with his best friend and she is living with him. I just got my boyfriend and I two rumor cell phones by sprint as christmas gifts. My phone has been perfectly fine and has never acted up. This morning when I woke up, my cell phone wouldnt turn on I figured it was dead. When I took my boyfriends cell phone out of the charger and put mine in, still...nothing. So i know its not the charger. So i took off the back and wiped the insides (like the battery) or w/e with a paper towel and put it back in. When I put the charger in, the phone lit up and said "rumor" on the front like it was on...but the phone isnt turning on. It just stays lit on that screen. Anyone know whats wrong? Oh and also- I never dropped the phone or anything...I havent even had it for a month. But I also didnt opt to get the insurance for the phone. Thanks! (more...)

I looked at the envelope addressed to Lydia Scott and Lydia Bane with my street name and zip code under it. The upper left hand corner didn't have a return address. It did however have a neatly printed phone number where it should have been. I tore open the envelope carefully as not to rip the phone number. Out came a thick stack of what looked like legal documents, a yellow card, and three sheets of blue paper stapled together to make up a long hand-written letter. I set the yellow card and legal documents aside and went straight for the blue paper. The words were written in black ink and a loopy, girly, cursive. The lines were double spaced, and it read: Dear Lydia, I am sorry to inform you but on June 26th 2008 your mother Alexandria Nora Bane passed away. This is a tragic loss to all of us. Yesterday Richard Bernard, your father, told me that Alexandria had wished for you to attend her funeral which will be held at the cemetery near her estate in Washington the week of July 13th 2008. Please call my number on the envelope for more information and so I may send you your plane ticket. I look forward to finally meeting you darling Lydia. Best Wishes, Your Aunt Aradessa J. Robin Okay.
