Open Question: Associate Degree in Computer + Bachelor in Business Admin.?
I live in California in the Bay Area.
I have completed my Bachelor degree in Business Administration here.
After I graduated, I have been working with my current employer as a Sales rep. My annual salary is at 40k. However, to afford a house in this area needs around 60k in annual salary.
So recently I thought about going back to college to take some course.
I thought about getting the Associate Degree in Computer Engineer (Science?) major.
I would like to work in the Computer Engineering field doing programing after I receive the Associate Degree because they make very good money.
The only doubt I have right now is that I have my bachelor in Business Admin. but not related to the computer field, will that affect my chance of getting a job with just a associate degree of computer? Or my chance would be the same as one with bachelor of computer science since I have completed bachelor degree in Business in the past?
Does that mean my Bachelor degree in Business is a waste if I move on to the computer field?
I am very confuses, please help me with details.

Open Question: RE: Now about that "global cooling" thingy sceptics are on about?
In an earlier question, when presented with the following sites that tell us that one of the top-five warmest on record-
http://www.reuters.com/article/environmentNews/idUSTRE4BT49G20081230
http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/research/hadleycentre/news/warming_goes_on.pdf
http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/corporate/pressoffice/2008/pr20081230.html
Many came back with responses similar to this-
"They made the same prediction last year and they were wrong, so why should I believe them now?
I do hope they are right, it is freezing here in Europe. Record low temperatures."
and
"I think you need to check their previous annual predictions"
But Hadley's said -
"For 2008, the development of a strong La Niña in the tropical Pacific Ocean will limit the warming trend of the global climate. During La Niña, cold waters upwell to cool large areas of the ocean and land surface temperatures. The forecast includes for the first time a new decadal forecast using a climate model. This indicates that the current La Niña event will weaken only slowly through 2008, disappearing by the end of the year.
Prof. Chris Folland from the Met Office Hadley Centre said: "Phenomena such as El Niño and La Niña have a significant influence on global surface temperature and the current strong La Niña will act to limit temperatures in 2008. However, mean temperature is still expected to be significantly warmer than in 2000, when a similar strength La Niña pegged temperatures to 0.24 °C above the 1961-90 average. Sharply renewed warming is likely once La Niña declines."
These cyclical influences can mask underlying warming trends with Prof. Phil Jones, Director of the Climatic Research Unit, University of East Anglia, saying: "The fact that 2008 is forecast to be cooler than any of the last seven years (and that 2007 did not break the record warmth set on 1998) does not mean that global warming has gone away. What matters is the underlying rate of warming - the period 2001-2007 with an average of 0.44 °C above the 1961-90 average was 0.21 °C warmer than corresponding values for the period 1991-2000."

Open Question: AP Macroeconomics: Identifying the state of an economy ?
Suppose that the following statements describe the current state of an economy:
The unemployment rate is 5%.
Inflation is at an annual rate of 10%.
The prime interest rate is 11.5%.
The annual growth rate of real gross domestic product is 5%.
A) Identify the major problem(s) the economy faces.
B) Describe two fiscal policy actions that could be used to alleviate the problem(s). Using the aggregate supply and aggregate demand model, explain how the actions you identified will affect each of the following. Illustrate with a graph.
(i) Output and unemployment
(ii) The price level
(iii) Nominal interest rates
I don't really need help with B. The real issue I have is memorizing all the percentages necessary to diagnose the correct economic problem. But it would be helpful I suppose to see how the fiscal policy actions affect output + unemployment, price level, and nominal interest rates. :)

Open Question: OTHER than Naruto does my story sound too familiar to any current or past mangas or anime?
My story features characters from different racial backgrounds so that should distinguish it from others stories right?
Dragon Kamaris: Legend of the Black Dragon is an ongoing American manga series written and illustrated by Robert Tate and Sokhorn Tem. The plot tells the story of Jelani Toteh, an arrogant teenage ninja, who searches for the assassins responsible for killing his master. He soon discovers that he is the prophesied ?Black Dragon? destined to bring the 3 Nations back to peace.
Plot
Twenty years before the start of the series, the Four Dragons (Aku, Gia, Naga, Hajj) were the protectors of the world. They were the wisest and most powerful creatures on Earth and they had two human students; The Sanari brothers; Onu and Kayo. They taught the brothers many fighting techniques and helped them to develop their amazing powers. Kayo the younger brother became jealous of Onu?s popularity and fast learning and desired to be the most powerful and feared ninja. He was encouraged to find a magic amulet said to be able to control the Four Dragons and when he found it he put it to use. The amulet instead killed the Dragons and the 3 Unified Nations split and went to war for ten years. Twenty years later Kayo (now calling himself Lord Natas) is planning an attack on the other Nations for complete control of the world, but the prophecy fortells of the ?Black Dragon? a powerful ninja that will rise up and bring peace back to the world.
The main story follows Jelani and his friends' personal growth and development as ninjas, and emphasizes their interactions with each other and the influence of their backgrounds on their personalities. Jelani finds a friend and comrade in Akira Li a fellow young ninja who is the only person that can tolerate his cocky personality. Jelani also befriends other characters such as Hania, Asir Lara, and his love interest Princess Amaya. They learn new abilities, get to know each other and experience a coming-of-age journey.
His search for the murderers of his Master lead him to a assassin organization called Demon Dragons. He learns that all but one of the original members have been killed. The surviving member is a girl named Imani who lives in the Tiger Nation. After learning of her identity he decides to head to the Tiger Nation for revenge but is stopped by an old man who tells him his destiny is much greater than that. The old man introduces himself as Master Onu Sanari and he tells Jelani and the gang of his brother Lord Natas and the need to defeat him. He says that Jelani is the prophesied ?Black Dragon? and that only he can defeat Natas and bring peace back to the world. Jelani is uninterested intially but soon goes on a journey with his friends to find a mythical trainer that will help him fufill his destiny.
Setting
The world of Dragon Kamaris consists of three Nations (Countries) Tiger, Eagle, and Cobra. Each Nation is ruled by a King and Queen and include cities and villages and Forests; the White (Magic), Green (Plant Life), and Blue (Water). Each Nation has a Ninja Academy where they train men/boys and women/girls. Before the split they held annual tournaments.
I know it sounds kinda familiar but it's still good right?

Open Question: What do you think of this? also any ideas for the main characters name?
Why is that irrational feeling you get when the hair on the back of your neck is stimulated by childish phobia that has been produced by those insane rumors, which depend upon the almost angelic gullibility for most adults would explain in such systematic detail that is far beyond these age handicapped people*, that portray one thing or another has happened of an indescribable nature, due to its wane, dark existence or perhaps for being an outsider? This is the feeling I got as I passed the seemingly demonic house that is 666 West Lucifer Lane, in a pygmy town that is smack dab in middle of the Bible belt, and caught myself staring at citizens of this satanic edifice. As I was their neighbor I suppose I should have just welcomed to the pious upon their first day of arriving in the fallacious town that was the rural community of Churchville, but that would involve me accepting that feeling I got was due my nervousness and in doing so relinquish some of the last remaining innocence left in me.
Therefore I was defenseless against the feeling I received from the sinister structure with such bleak and placid austerity, which attired of such forlorn ascetic to that of a mausoleum. 666 West Lucifer Lane was a ,from the outside, three-story mansion painted pallid with the majority of its 12 eyes shattered, and 6 mouths either almost rusted in their current position or mortally wounded with seemingly unfixable holes in a good number of them. This was only heightened by the spine-chilling weather in background of time tarnished house.
CRACK! Nothing like a little cliché thunder behind the mature structure to remind me that my parents will skin me alive* if I don?t extend their warmest welcome to the latest neighbor which has been an more or less annual thing for as long as I can remember. I took a deep breath and proceeded to longstanding building.
?Hi, welcome to Churchville? I said through my teeth that were petrified with fear to the inhabitants of 666 West Lucifer Lane.
?Hi, I am Mam(), who are you?? said a benevolent motherly figure whose voice dripped with kindness.
?My name is()I am one of your neighbors,? I stated as I pointed in my house?s direction.
?What has brought you to this dreary town?? I inquired the erstwhile woman as my curiosity replaced my fear.
?Mod here,? she declared as she pointed to a brown haired which teemed with age man who appeared to be in his late 50?s to early 60?s, ?got a job here in town.?
As I was about to inquire the kind of job that Mod acquired a dark haired boy of about 15 accosted me for my name and reason that I was trespassing.
?My name is(), and I am here to extend my parents welcoming you to your family? I replied and was relieved when Mam sent away to do some task.
?Who was that??
?Amon?
?Why was he so angry??
?That?s just part of his nature? Mam responded.
With my curiosity satisfied I told her ?See you around.?
?Bye? stated Mam
I turned around to see a red-haired girl who in exchanging pleasantries told me that her name was Luci, and asked if I would like something to drink, as my throat was not parched, I kindly refused Luci?s offer to which she replied that she had something else to do. No sooner had Luci vanished than a boy who told me his name was Levi, who soon departed.
I spied a vacant lawn chair and made to sit in it.
?Ouch!? said a childish voice from behind my head. Standing up immediately as I realized how close the voice was, my face flushed with embarrassment to see a young boy there.
?Sorry, I did not see you there; what?s your name?? I asked apologetically.
?Its okay, Bub; what?s yours?? He replied his eyes thirsting for knowledge.
?(),? I answered then he entered the house on some sort of mission.
Sauntering towards the nearest door I become aware of a young man sitting in the doorway. I proceeded towards him.
?Hi, I am (), what is your name?
?Elphe?
?Elf??
?No, E-l-p-h-e, Elphe.?
?Ohh I gotcha, so how do you like it here in Churchville?? I said before he went inside and I advanced to my house.

Resolved Question: The chapter identifies five major reasons for system request for one or more of those five reasons? If so, whi?
Four months ago, Pembroke Imports hired David Jackson away from an advertising agency, and made him the director of marketing. Jackson recently submitted a systems request to redesign Pembroke?s customer billing statements. Hannah Holt, the systems analyst assigned to do the preliminary investigation, interviewed Jackson to determine the reasons for the request. David explained that the current statements are much too unattractive and dull.
?Pembroke needs to update its image,? he said. ?We have to show our customers that Pembroke Imports has contemporary ideas and tastes. The best place to start is with the monthly statements we send them. We need something more eye-catching, more artistic, more upbeat!?
Hannah next interviewed the director of accounting, Karen Alexander, who oversees the acoounts receivable (A/R) system, which produces the monthly customer statements. Karen told Hannah that no problems with the accounts receivable system have been reported and no complaints from the customers about the statements have ever been received. She assured Hannah that the current forms were clear and easy to understand.
Confused, Hannah decided she should talk with Cecile Collier, the manager of customer relations. Cecil assured Hannah that Pembroke was having no problems with its customers. She even showed Hannah the latest annual report, which clearly showed that Pembroke Import?s annual sales were increasing at a healthy pace.
2.Do you think this is a feasible project? Why or why not?
3.Of the three tests of feasibility ? operational, technical, or economic- which would you perform first to measure the system project?s feasibility? Why?
4. What should Hannah do next?

I have been riding for 4 years, jumping for about 3 of the four. I am a CHA level 3 out of 4, (soon to be level 4.) My parents are already paying $150 a month, so I can ride the schooling horses any time I want to. When I get a horse, the board alone is $240 so.... they would only have to pay 90 more dollars a month than they already are. My trainer told me I was ready to own my own horse. The stable that I am plannning to board at is onlly 2 miles away from my home. I pasted some info about boarding below.
Partial Self Care Stall - $240/month (Late fee: $10)
