Resolved Question: Here is your chance to rip something part?
This is not the finished product, but would like some constructive feedback on what I've written so far. This has been re-posted, due to spelling mistakes I made.
My understanding of love
It is my sole appetence to meticulously conduct an introspective exploration regarding the dynamic nature of those qualities that constitutes the aggregate of love. My current perception relating to this theme transpires from a profound deep-laid sense of intuitive understanding; arbitrary and empirical knowledge.
Love is an inherent quality that is intricately sown through the fabric of human nature. Our first nonsensical sense of this energy is projected through the body language of our parents when we were conceived into this world. I purposely use nonsensical as we did not yet possess the capacity to attribute feelings to being Love. All we had was an innate sense that we are safe in the presence of these two people whom evinced warm affections, and in who have grown with us for nine months, while we were cocooned in our mother?s womb.
While we were young and still without the ability of speech or the physical power or cognition to defend and protect ourselves from the challenges of this huge world, we were principally dependent on the loving care and protection of our parents. As we grew and developed our ability to communicate, and so choose from a limited number of playful experiences, that were compliant to the consentient boundaries of our parents. We learnt how to engage simple problems through a process of elimination to find solutions to puzzles through playful fun, like pushing shapes into a square box and other toys that induced mental growth, which also helped to expand our ability to independently think and encourage the mind to make more complex connections to slightly more sophisticated playful challenges.
As we move forward in our learning and grew a little more mature in our thinking, our simple interests would evolve to the limit of its design and our interests would shift from those toys that have now served their purpose, and new interests are formed and directed onto more stimulating things, which reflects the level of knowledge and understandings that we possess. We learn and emulate our parent?s behaviour patterns, which helps us to develop the fundamental structure of our emotional and mental responses to life. It is through this cumulative process of affectionate acts, where we eventually evolve to understand and formulate our own conclusions, and therefore creating our own concepts and awareness about love. Although, initially while under the supervision of our parents, we were continually assimilating a subliminal understanding through the interactions and observations we made about actions that later on could be ascribed to being love.
I haven't a problem with people ripping this work to pieces, I'm just interested in the various responses I receive to this work, based on a deliberate question and over use of flamboyant words.
When I use the word nonsensical against the word sense. I use it in the format of being, "having no intellgible meaning." And, "sense," being the wordless sense of feeling.
I am fairly confident and accepting of what I am and all that I have become. I am not one to allow feelings alone to dictate my emotional balances. We all experience fear at different levels, but I have done a lot of self-work to be free from those thoughts that create a world of fear. I am in control, although I sometimes have moments, just like any other human-being

Open Question: What?s your opinion of this Graphic novel story?
The following is not my writing; it is the writing of my friend. I am a comic artist and we are working on a graphic novel. It is titled ?The Lies of Man?. This is the opening scene. The art will be all black and white with heavy dramatic shadows. The excerpt is in a short story format as he wrote it.
The opening scene:
?Humanity is a lie.
Nothing. Just black. It was impossible to see, or perhaps his eyelids were merely refusing to part as they rightly should. After a time, his eyes opened and he felt a piercing sting. Matter found its way into the loose crevices of his eye sockets and burned with a nagging pain. He groaned and went to move an arm to rub them. This too was a chore and he soon realized it would not budge. The substance grinding its way into his eyes was moist and dense and (as he would soon discover) all encompassing. With a loud moan, he attempted again to move. Having no success, he grew enraged, feeling trapped, captive. Strength filled his veins and power rushed over him as he let out a cry. The moistened stuff fell into his mouth as he screamed and the sound was soon muffled. With a last display of rage, his hand burst through the density towards what he supposed was up; frenetic, feverish. A wild anxiety twisted his insides into cold knots. He felt water and air. One hand free, he began to wrench himself from this clay prison, his face emerging from a quagmire of muck and sludge. He took a heavy breath and spewed dirt from his mouth, screaming again as the watered soil blinded him. Rain beat down furiously on his miserable form as he struggled against the earth itself. With another furious cry, a second arm was free. A stone structure was erected before him and he grasped it, pulling himself toward it and writhing free of the miry cage as he did so. One final effort; he clawed his way to freedom and collapsed onto the stone, breaking its old, fragile form. He looked up to the skies and groaned as rainwater washed away the grime, allowing him to see at least partially. Lightning cracked through the stormy clouds and he reeled forward, confused and frightened. He took a glance at his surroundings to see headstones erected all around, standing ominously amidst the rain and flashes of thunder. Tall crypts soared in silent odium, looking down at the creature of the earth. Through watery, murky vision he saw the broken stone and picked up a piece gingerly, as if cradling a newborn babe. This meant something. These were for him. The shard he held spoke to the creature a single word. A word he would come to resent in time. Now dripping with mire and water, he read aloud what he took his name to be as dictated by this cut of rock: Man.?
I?m really just bored and curious and felt like asking some sort of question.

Voting Question: How does the song curse of curves relate to eating disorders?
some one told me it did and i dont see how
I've got the gift of one liners
And you've got the curse of curves
And with this gift I compose words
And the question that comes forward
Are you perspiring from the irony
Or sweating to these lyrics
And this just in
You're a dead fit
But my wit won't allow it
The inside lingo had me at hello
And we go where the money goes
The inside lingo had me at hello
And we go where the money goes
I want someone provocative and talkative
But it's so hard when you're shallow as a shower
And from what I've heard with skin you'll win
Her bone structure screams
"Touch her! Touch her!"
And she's got the curse of curves
So with the combination of my gift with one liners
And my way
My way with words
It seems I'm too hip to keep tight lipped
And you're on the gossip team
You're making something out of nothing
And jealousy's the cousin, the cousin of greed
The inside lingo had me at hello
And we go where the money goes
The inside lingo had me at hello
And we go where the money goes
I want someone provocative and talkative
But it's so hard when you're shallow as a shower
And from what I've heard with skin you'll win
Her bone structure screams (I want someone)
"Touch her! Touch her!"
And she's got the curse, the curse of: (I want someone)
From what I've heard with skin you'll win
We All have teeth that can bite underneath
To where the reality grows
Yeah, that's where mine go
that's where mine go
We all have teeth that can bite underneath
To where the reality grows
Yeah that's where mine go
Where the reality grows:
From what I've heard with skin you'll win
And from what I've heard with skin you'll win
I want someone provocative and talkative
But it's so hard when you're shallow as a shower
And from what I've heard with skin you'll win
Her bone structure screams (I want someone)
"Touch her! Touch her!"
And she's got the curse, the curse of: (I want someone)
From what I've heard with skin you'll win
With skin you'll win
Skin you'll win

Voting Question: What do you think of my environmental awareness science-fiction story?
It's for a contest at school. Is my writing and grammar any good at all? Constructive criticism, please. It's called "Shaft of Moonlight."
Once, long ago, there was a planet known for its life and beauty. It was a pristine jewel of the galaxy- that is, before one lowly species ruined it. Millions of years ago, that same lowly species called it Earth. Today, millennia later, we call it Moonlight.
Evolution has had its chance to evolve the inhabitants in this world of eternal twilight. We have discovered fossilized bones and remains which suggest the homo-sapiens once had a very different structure from ourselves, the homo-noctornalis. The main difference is that our ancestors were not winged, but I have heard we had evolved this way so we could occasionally get to the clean air up high. How did they ruin and trash their, now our, planet so? That is a story for another time. This story is about Shaft Constantine Ténébreux.
Marvh 24, 10061 Y.A.R. (years after return) / 123581321 AD
Picture a young man, his dark leathery wings the same colour as his oily black hair; his eyes the colour and opalescence of grey moonstone. Akin to the typical citizen of Moonlight, his fingers are clawed as a cat?s and his pale skin appears to hold a certain flaky fluorescence. On his chin are the scant, barely visible beginnings of a beard. Loved by none, lover of no one, Shaft of Moonlight is a Wanderer. The Wanderers are generally treated with the same hospitality as lawyers or taxmen, as you surely know.
Picture the ever-present-over-water smog, being penetrated by a sudden ray of blinding rose light, and the brimstone brine that blanketed the brackish floor of the lake being dissolved by this light.
?God almighty?? murmured Shaft, ?What was that? Is whatever caused it in the water?? He moved forward to wade and noticed that the water itself was still the same quality as that of the rest in the area. He decided to, instead, fly over the water with his hook-and-pole.
It soon became apparent that this was not necessary. A being- he hesitated to say ?human? because of the apparent lack of wings- broke the surface of the water sputtering and shouting for help while obviously taking great care to hold one object above the water. Acting on his instincts alone, Shaft glided over the surface and lifted the creature from the water, putting it- or he, thought Shaft, judging by his voice and facial features- on dry land. ?Hullo there? Are you okay?? he asked. The man- Shaft gave a final determination- just stared, petrified with what looked like fear. ?What are you? Can you speak my language? Where are your wings??
The man gurgled something hurriedly, which Shaft could not understand. It sounded like the man was scared of something, by his tone.
?I am sorry, I am afraid I cannot understand. I only speak Gaelic,? he paused, and gestured to himself. ?Shaft. Shaft Constantine Ténébreux.?
This seemed to put a spark of recognition on the man?s face, but the main emotion was still fear. Nevertheless, he made the same gesture. ?Trent.?
Shaft pointed at the man. ?Trent?? This was received by a cautious nod. ?Ah. Now I can know about you. What are you? No- you are obviously just an unfortunate wingless- where are you from?? He made movements that seemed to go along with the question.
The answer was confusing. The man moved his hand in small circles pointed behind him.
?Back? What do you mean back? In time? Possible, I suppose.? He noticed two objects that the man clutched tightly in his right hand. One was a clear quartz crystal; the other was a notebook with some sort of writing utensil. Curious, he held his hand out. The man quickly surrendered the crystal. It appeared to be normal enough. The strange man held two of his fingers near his eye. ?Ah,? noted Shaft, moving the crystal to look through it. ?Like an eyeglass. Wha-? What he saw when he looked left him struck. He quickly put down the crystal, eyes widening in shock. He looked up. Yes, same grey sky, same grey, pebble-covered dirt. Smog. Comfortable, familiar smog. The strange man was smiling broadly at him. Shaft gingerly lifted it again. Yes- there it was again! ?What is this, old wingless man? A trick?? he demanded. A blue sky! ?I do not believe in magic, some trickery was laid upon this crystal.? Still, he looked through it a third time. ?Strange, fuzzy?and green? What is that? Where is the smog? It is? clear. Is this the past? It is surely beautiful.?
Suddenly, it seemed like the voice of someone else spoke through the man without wings, ?No. Your crystal-vision is not the past. That is the never-has-been. Shall you make Moonlight like this??
The man fled. Fast as he was, he would be no match for a winged human. Shaft was about to take pursuit, but was distracted by the notebook falling. Gingerly, he f
Gingerly, he flipped through the delicate pages. Drawings. Drawings of the world in the crystal. Again, he looked through. It was all so bright! There was a white-yellow sphere that he had never before seen. Ha! They would have to rename Moonlight! So many strange things?
He flew to the nearest town, at top speed, his wings beating almost as furiously as his heart. They could have a world like the one displayed in the fantastic crystal! He, Shaft Constantine Ténébreux, could change Moonlight forever! This, however, is when Tragedy chose his own atrocious moment to intervene and stop the course of the play.
It only remains to be said that he flew into sulfur/monoxide updraft. The sudden lack of breathable air together with his exhilarated accelerated thoughts caused his heart to fail and betray him to fall?
It was quite a way down. He was killed with impact, and the crystal was broken.
This would be believed by most to be a most unsatisfactory en
She picked up the largest piece of crystal and the notebook. Sharmaynne, because of Shaft, was able to change Moonlight. With crystal in hand, the world of twilight became the world of sunlight. Our world was given new life.
Sorry, my "added details" are a bit out of order and a few sentences are missing, but you can e-mail me for a good version.

Resolved Question: How to manage teams remotely?
We are a small software company in India. We have offices in two southern cities, which has development and sales teams. Our debate of late has been whether to consolidate the offices in one location, which would mean higher capital outflow for a bigger office in one city or manage teams remotely, augmented with structured and frequent travels. My opinion is to go with remote option. I have not done this before, but i have heard a lot about this. Can anyone throw some light on the subject and also suggest a way forward?
Thanks

Voting Question: hey guys, can you help me with this text I've written in English?
Can you tell me for my mistakes??
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
structured in 11 paragraphs*
I'm an NSYNC fan and I recommend this book to all NSYNC fans who above all, loved the band beyond Justin.
But besides this, this is a must-read to all the people who are getting through difficult situations and to remain positive reaching for the better. As well as for the people who want to experience a touching and thrilling book filling of sentimental moments and it can help you through the experience to do it better the next time.
It has 8 chapters.
The first one embraces his raising in the deep South in the Bible-belt of Mississipi inside a Baptist family and his passions and first steps as a singer.
The second talks about the beginning of NSYNC, the oportunity to enter the group, the first experiences as a Pop star the and living-the-dream crazy stuff in Germany.
The third chapter changes the direction towards the dark world of the music industry when there?s the struggle with a happy-ending end against the bossy and greedy big fish of Lou Pearlman, who wants to take advantage to the young guys of the band.
Chapter 4 is where Lance let you in inside the peak at the success of NSYNC, the golden stage selling millions of records in the States and being one of the most demanding popstars at the moment idolized by millions of fans when touring around the world
Chapter 5 steps forward towards trying to come true his great longliving dream since a child, to go into space. He's about to make it... Lance tells you miniciously all the details of his hard training experience in Russia and all the troubles which end up to spoiling the deal so Lance can't become the youngest cosmonaut ever.
He is very noticeable to be big guy in the bussiness. Along the 3rd chapter he really demonstrate here his value as a bussiness person with his pasion and virtues for it.
Chapter 6 talks deeply about the NSYNC's breakup. This is a sad part of the book, where his main job of keep living the Pop-star breaks down and is shattered, because of Justin Timberlake's desires of solo stardom and the misunderstandings in the band in and with the managers.
In the seventh part of the book, although during the entire book he talks things about his inner feelings and anecdotes about his expeiriences being gay and not knowing anyone, this is the moment where takes it to the front issue, and talks openly about his relationships and boyfriends, let you in, opening up his heart and is one of the most sensitive and emotional chapters without a doubt.
It tells you when his family get noticed about he's gay and it ends when she comes out in public to the whole world, and can he get rid of the big weight, so he no longer have to hide from something and neither from himself.
Also, he keep it clear that being a true Christian as Lance is is not against being gay.
The last and 8th chapter is where he makes a reflection about his entire life so far, and keep on being positive and hope that the best is to come yet.
He's a happy dude and we all should learn from him, he is a privileged person, but he can help you with his always positive feelings about life despite having experienced hard failures but he has always ambitions and move on.
Since reading the book, I really like Lance way more than before as a person, I only knew about him in the role of NSYNC singer and a little more, but here I get to know him a little bit better,
He's a good guy, never resentful and you could get identified with him reading the book.

Resolved Question: How would you book the Royal Rumble match?
I would have wrestlers like Kendrick, Helms, and Mysterio out first to hit spot after spot and to be a crowd pleaser. Then I would have a power house maybe, so the three can sell from the power house. Maybe then I would add a technical wrestler like Regal to balance out the structure to keep the crowd going. Usually the Rumble is slow paced and can get crowded, that's why I would put cruiserweight type of wrestlers out first to show case their moves and put the power house into use with a technical wrestler who can ease up both cruiserweights and power house.
Then of course, by the end you would have the top stars. The main point of all this is to have wrestlers actually show case their moves and to keep the Rumble fresh from a bore fest. That's just my thoughts.
Looking forward to your answers.

Resolved Question: Who is responsible for liability & is it repairable...?
Ok, I work in an auto repair shop. One of my co-workers was backing out a vehicle and the brakes failed. He ended up backing into a wall. Then trying to get it off the wall he put it in drive and headed forward, then paniced and ended up driving it into my tool box. Who should be responsible him or the owners liability insurance, being it was an employee and a customers car? Also it is a Snap On triple banker and the left side of the main structure(frame if you will) is twisted. Beside that the left side panel is rippled, the rear panel is a little rippled, the bottom left drawer smashed pretty good and some of the drawers don't lock or open right. So who is responsible and is it repairable?
