Open Question: I always get back pains when i get back from school?
Its strange...
I am 14, in year 10, in the uk. I go to school from 8:30 till 3pm.
In last lesson, i begin to get like a really achy back. And when i get home it's worse. Usually it goes like later on.
Exercise helps it a lot and it always goes after i have done exercise for some reason.
It's kind of ok for me coz i love sport so it's easy. But just walking doesn't get rid of it.
I think it's probably just like tense muscles and i need a massage or something.
What can help it? Should i see a doctor?

Open Question: I think my son might be over working himself at school?
He's 14 and in grade 9, his new semester includes regular GYM class, and he also has Fitness&Health class. Right now in gym class they're doing wrestling, in Fitness&Health they are doing long distance running and Sprinting. When he's been getting home from school he is completely exhausted, worn out, says his body aches and is sore. I massaged his back and shoulders yesterday, I was completely shocked at how stiff and tense they were.
He just started his second term 2 weeks ago, I would have thought they might have spaced out his classes per term so he wouldn't have so much physical activity at once; But its too late to switch now. What would be the best thing I can be doing to relieve stress and prevent him from being in so much pain after he's finished school for the day?
His diet is good, I make sure he eats healthy so that won't be any part of the issue.

Open Question: i have an extreme insomnia problem. please help.?
I have been an insomniac for 3 1/2 years now which has disrupted my daily activity and school work. i often only get 2-3 hours sleep a night. i will reveal my age by telling you im 15 to maybe help with the answer.
I have tried absolutely everything but nothing has ever worked.
I have tried physiotherapy, hypnosis, natural drugs, unnatural drugs (legal), milk before bed, going to bed extremely early (7:30pm), staying outside half an hour before bed, deep breathing, herbal teas, different types of food, not eating before bed, doing heaps of exercise, counselors, doctors, clinics, different beds in different rooms, not eating after dinner, not watching tv or playing electronic games, acupuncture, thinking as blankly as possible, not swimming near bed time and getting massages before bed.
i bet that if you name something, i would have tried it.
i often go to bed at 10:30 these days and don't get to sleep until about 3am. i will then wake at about 4:30am and then get back to sleep at 6:30am, staying asleep until i have to wake up at 7:30.
This problem wouldn't be as bad if i was old and jobless, but i am in secondary school and need to focus on school work and being social. both of which are incredibly hard when i am so tired.
the main reason i don't sleep is because a million thoughts go into my brain. i can't stop them and they are very constant. every time i try to think blank, something will pop into my head. The thoughts are completley random. The thoughts may be of something i did that day, something i did years ago, something completley made up or something i might do in the future. The thoughts are often imaginitive and are all over the place.
Nothing significant happened when this problem started so i am completely confused.
My diet is normal and i do a normal amount of exercise.

Open Question: What kind of job can I get with a high school diploma?
I will be going to school in the fall and train to become a massage therapist. I got my high school diploma in May 2008. I took some time off school and I will be going in the fall. I will be living on my own and I don't know what decent job I could get until I get my massage therapy certificate. Anyway, any suggestions? My living costs should be about $800 a month and that is not counting school.

Open Question: Massage therapy requirements & moving?
Right now I'm heavily thinking of beginning a career in massage therapy. I've looked up the accredited schools in my area and already picked one that I like and will give me the requirements to get a license in Illinois. The only thing I'm worried about is what will happen if I decide to move out of Illinois. I've been considering moving to Tucson, Arizona sometime in the future and because of it looked up the requirements to be licensed there. In Illinois 500 hours are required. However, in Arizona "700 from a Board recognized Massage Therapy School" are required. If I complete my schooling with 500 hours in Illinois and become licensed, then move to Arizona is that going to be a problem? Does the extra 200 hours not become needed since I did all my schooling and got my license in Illinois? Or am I going to have to do excess schooling in order to get my license in Arizona? I'm very confused about the entire thing so any insight would be greatly appreciated.
