Open Question: My toy poodle won't listen to me, what should I do?
I just got 8 week-old puppy and it is so cute. The first week he listen to me whenever I called him but he keep peeing on carpet and I yell at him and make him go outside for 10 minutes. Finally after what would normally take 30 minutes I arrived after only 15. I parked in the ER section and ran through the opening sliding glass doors almost running into the left door. ?Mom!!? I started screaming. ?stop? a woman?s voice said with a stern tone. I skidded to a stop in front of a small petite women with greens eyes and fumbly brown hair, I was guessing this is the woman who just yelled at me a second ago ?Im Audrey.. I..uh..got..a call..from..the hospital, are you Rachael?? that was so not important ?where?s my mom?Is she alright? What happened?? I said quickly ?Follow me? she replied in a sweet voice this time. Open Question: please help with this statistics for points?
we often see players on the sidelines of a football games inhaling oxygen. Their coaches think this will speed their recovery. We might measure recovery from intense exertion as follows: Have a football player run 100 yards three times in quick succession. Then allow three minutes to rest before running 100 yards again. Time the final run. Because players vary greatly in speed, you plan a matched pairs experiment using 25 football players as subjects. Discuss the design of such an experiment to investigate the effect of inhaling oxygen during the rest period. Open Question: Brad Pitt and 2 hour movies?
Now Brad Pitt is one of my favorite actors and I respect a lot of his performances. I actually think he is under-rated as an actor (NOT as a celebrity) in terms of accolades. But here is something I found interesting. Pitt has starred in over thirty movies and a lot of them pass that 120-minute mark, and some almost the 180-minute mark. I'm just wondering what anyone else thinks about this connection and/or if there was an interview or something where Brad says he likes to be in long movies. Here's what we are dealing with: 1. Open Question: How do I get rid of a psycho boyfriend?
Ok so this may be a little long but bear with me, I need some advice! PLEASE READ THIS, I AM DESPERATE! This guy that I have been talking to for about a little over a month now is starting to drive me up a wall. In the beginning everything was great between us, he wasn't clingy or showing any signs of dependency whatsoever until now. We met here in my hometown but he was here for work, so we kept in touch on email and phone and within two weeks he was already telling me he loved me, that was a red flag in itself. I told him that it's too soon to say that and he understood, thankfully! Now he is calling me and texting me non stop all day, and I don't like to be on the phone for long periods of time or at all...I am very outgoing, always out enjoying my life when I am not in school or work. I call and talk to him for a few minutes during the day but he gets all pissy and never lets me live down the fact that I don't call him and talk to him for long periods of time...I say that at least I call and I DO have a life so I'm not going to be on the phone every minute. I haven't called him at all today but I have 4 texts from him telling me that he's at the store, or he's at home, he misses me, can't wait to hear from me, yadda yadda. His excuse is that he just loves me so much! Which at this point, I'm thinking it's infatuation and not love. I know when I do call him tonight (when I get the courage to do so) he is going to give me hell about not calling, like he always does. One day I called him and he said he googled my name and found my facebook and myspace page and also my modeling website and he also googled my ex's name so he confronted me about it and asked me "why didnt you tell me you have a myspace and facebook?" I told him because it's none of his business. Lastly, I have cancer, and ther other day I was having bad reactions to a treatment I had the day before, so I went to the ER, they kept me over night and he knew this...When I got out the next day I had 10 missed calls on my phone, 4 voicemails and about 15 texts with him freaking out. When I called him later on that day, I swear I heard about it for the whole time we talked. I figured he would understand that I won't be able to use my phone when I am in the hospital being poked and prodded and getting tests run and yadda yadda...He still took it out on me that I don't talk to him for long hours on the phone like I used to. When I do call he is always eating, or doing something that involves loud noise in the background, and him bitching at things that piss him off, but mostly he is always eating when he calls or ranting and raving...I'm too much of a positive person, and he is really wearing down on me. He told me that when I don't call for long periods of time he worries and gets bored which makes him want to do crazy shit like what he did by looking me up on google. Bottom line is, I am desperate to get rid of this guy!!! I think I am going to get a restraining order, because he seems to research up on me and my ex who has been my best friend since we were kids, he found out about my ex through myspace...(My ex is in Iraq) and the guy I am talking to now told me that I should tell him I don't ever want to talk to him again, and then maybe he will go blow his head off in Iraq...At that point I was done, because my ex and his family have been there for me through thick and thin when I first found out I had cancer, and they are still supportive of me through and through. So when the guy I am talking to now said that, it threw me over the edge. How can I break it to him that I don't want to talk to him anymore without him going psycho on me? Also, do mobile phone companies charge to get a phone number change? I'm desperate for some help and advice!
