Historic Montana Butte Motorcycle Club 1914, Panorama Photo Print Poster (S)
Historic Montana Butte Motorcycle Club 1914, Panorama Photo Print Poster (S) This is a museum quality reproduction print on premium, semi-gloss paper. The paper medium, along with UV/sun resistant, archival inks, helps to ensure superior contrast, resolution and precise-color rendering of the original work.

Original panoramas have typically commanded significant value at auction. This custom made, authentic reproduction would make an elegant gift or tasteful addition to the home or office.

HISTORY OF THE PANORAMIC PHOTOGRAPH

Shortly after the invention of photography in 1839, the desire to show overviews of cities and landscapes prompted photographers to create panoramas. Early panoramas were made by placing two or more daguerreotype plates, side-by-side. Daguerreotypes, the first commercially available photographic process, used silver- coated copper plates to produce highly detailed images. The first mass-produced American panoramic camera, the Al-Vista, was introduced in 1898. The following year, Eastman Kodak introduced the #4 Kodak Panoram camera that proved popular with amateur photographers. In 1911 Sears, Roebuck and Co. sold the Conley Panoramic Camera through their catalog. Mass-produced panoramic cameras worked on the swing-lens principle, used roll film, and did not need a tripod. They made small panoramas, measuring no more than twelve inches long with a field of view of almost 180-degrees. The Cirkut camera was patented in 1904. It used large format film ranging in width from 5in. to 16in. and was capable of producing a 360-degree photograph measuring up to 20 feet long. Both the camera and the film rotated on a special tripod during the exposure. Cirkut cameras were used mostly by commercial photographers to capture city views, group portraits, and special events. Resolved Question: Is there a prepaid cell phone plan that has great coverage in MN, ND and MT?
We recently purchased Net10's Easy Minutes plan. A perfect plan for us because we pay $15.00 per month for 150 minutes and since it's an automatic payment, we don't have to remember to update. All calls are just 10 cents a minute. Here's the problem, we live in western Minnesota and travel through North Dakota and Montana on a regular basis. I realized last week that we can't get coverage in Fargo, ND which is a large city for this neck of the woods. Net10's coverage map clearly shows that Fargo should be covered. When I contacted Net10 about this, their reply was that their coverage map isn't always that accurate. Does anyone know of a plan that has great coverage for North Dakota and Montana? These are two rural states where having good coverage is a must especially in the winter months. Thanks for any ideas that you might have. Thanks for responding Sheila Ann. Sounds like a good plan but when I checked their coverage map, hardly any of central Montana is covered...darn! Thanks for the info. "The Guy" but this plan doesn't have coverage for the areas that I travel through. (more...)

So he wrote and got through it Till imagery, sound, and smell became cider. And he was confident the feedback would only confirm His mastery of adverbs and adjectives. But the first comment read, "be more like a worm" So he mulled the comment over, "do I have the gift?!" I have written about many things: dragons, witches, Ireland , as well as two published romance novels. A menu, ten short stories, five scripts, countless poems, and a traveler's guide to Cabo. "Be more like a Worm?" he continued in disbelief But he soon realized when reflecting back on his works What this comment was designed to mean. As a worm's authenticity included all things earth I have written like a worm that's never seen dirt "No wonder all my works feel untrue!" "I have always written like a worm sporting a bird's view." Resolved Question: Are my road trip plans safe??? Alberta to Montana...?
On December 17, my best friend and I are embarking on a road trip from Fort McMurray Alberta, Canada to Helena, Montana. This is a distance of 1411 km (or 877 miles) according to Google maps. We only have 4 days to complete a round trip, and want to be in Helena within 1 day so that we have time to go skiing there. We're only 18 ,and still live with our parents at the moment. They don't like the idea of us making the drive down in one day, but have also said that we're adults now and can make the decsion for oursleves. Do you think it's a safe idea to drive for that length of time in winter conditions? Even if we take turns driving? I would be home for Christmas... we're coming back on the 21 (more...)

Resolved Question: Did anyone notice that McCain only carried the Confederate states, and the 'cowboy' west? ?
The electorial map says it all. Montana,Clorado,New Mexico, were a hard fight for Obama. No one was ever saying Obama would take that much of the 'cowboy' west. McCain thought that those states were in the bag, but that was just one , of many big mistakes the Republicans made. But back to the question. Does it look like 'Ol Dixie' is dead? (more...)

Resolved Question: Is the liberal media launching a psychological attack on behalf of their chosen one?
They now say Montana, yes you read that right deep red Montana is a tossup now! What next? Texas is a tossup and may go to obama?? http://edition.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/11/02/cnn.electoral.map/index.html?imw=Y&iref=mpstoryemail (more...)

Resolved Question: Republicans: Can you tell me what states McCain needs to carry in order to win?
I ask this about 3 times a week...I never get a good response from any McCain supporters. They just say "he will win" or "you wait and see"...but they won't map out a plausible strategy for him to win. So I will put what he needs to do...you just comment if you think it is plausible or not. McCain needs to win ALL remaining toss up states: Florida, North Carolina, North Dakota, Missouri, Indiana, Montana, Georgia, AND NOW Arizona This gets him to Obama: 311 McCain: 227....still a long way to go. Quickest path for him to make it there...he needs both PA (Obama +9.3) and OH (Obama +5.8). You may think that locks it up for him...but no...that puts Obama at 270 and McCain at 268. So he then needs to go after a state that Obama has a more than 6.5 point lead...most likely Colorado since he has been there in the past week. So there it is...mission impossible...11 states that he currently doesn't have locked up...3 of those where he is trailing by 6 or more. All Obama needs to do is take ONE of those states and he wins. So...how does that make you feel...confident??? Do you have a different state strategy that would give McCain the win??? heyhelpme: McCain bases his campaign strategy off of the polls...why can't I base my question off of the polls? Or do you think he just picks states at random to set up rallies and campaign in? I'll repeat it. MCCAIN USES THE POLLS TO DECIDE WHERE HE SHOULD CAMPAIGN. He just doesn't pull it out of is a$$ to decide where to run ads or where to set up a rally. And it just happens that he is in ALL the places where the polls are showing he is LOSING. Wake up...the polls aren't exact. But they show a trend. And when that trend shows Obama leading for over 2 months...they are pretty acurate. Only argument you would have is if the polls kept flip flopping back and forth from Obama to McCain. (more...)

Resolved Question: McCain supporters: Time is running out...what states does he need to win on the 4th?
I ask this about 3 times a week...I never get a good response from any McCain supporters.
