Open Question: How can I safely clean my sisal rug?
I've been spot cleaning it with Resolve and Spot Shot, and the stains come out OK, except now there are white spots on the rug where I've cleaned it.

Open Question: I got a used computer from my boss. Now Microsoft thinks I'm using an illegal copy of Windows. What do I do?
My boss gave me her used computer which has Windows XP Professional. At some point during the setup process, the system must have figured out that I was not the original user. Now, every time I power the computer up, it tells me that ' I might be a victim of software counterfeiting and that this might not be a genuine copy of Windows". Then it gives me the option to "resolve now" or "resolve later". The problem is that it delays the power up process until I pick an option. I'm nervous about "resolving" the problem because I'm worried that Microsoft might tell me that I have to pay some kind of a fee to re-license Windows. Could this happen? Any advice on what I should do?

Open Question: my ex and i are talking and finally better but how to make chase me?
background: My ex and I have been through alot over the past 2 months, and finally have resolved MOST of our problems. I still worry about this girl, but I know I need to put it in the past to make things right again. I know there is still a strong connection there, esp because we talk on the phone every night, last night for 2 hours, the night before an hour. It reminds me of old times, and he doesnt want to get off of the phone so this makes me want him more, because he seems like he really cares, this doesnt include when he says he loves me, and misses me. Last week we went to the movies, and the other day when i was sick he brought be airbourne when I was home. He is always asking me to hang ( although when he "changed" after our break up, he made plans that he never followed through with.) so im afraid he will still be like this. He lately seems to be changing back to the old person he used to be, the one I fell in love with.
My question is: I want to know what this seems like to you, are these signs he still really cares, and what would make him chase me more. Im not forgetting all the pain he has caused me towards the end of our relationship, so I want him to still work to get back to where we used to be. Keep in mind I am not looking for the answer " get rid of him, or find someone better" I could do that if thats what I really wanted.
When his younger sister and I went to get our nails done she told me how upset he was over the break up, and that he still cares about me. He isnt very fond of his sister, if he isnt would that drive him away from me?
He calls and texts me for the most part first, please I need ways to make him want more. ( like dont respond to something he says? ) I dont know I clearly need help.

Open Question: Wife and i like strangers.?
Well the short story is we tried to bring someone we knew into the bedroom with a disastrous outcome. We talked and resolved our feelings but couldn't deny the fact we were still turned on by the idea. We've learned our lesson NOBODY YOU KNOW!. But i still fantasize about her with a stranger and she dose the same with me, we tell each other all the time during bed play and know we'll never see that person/s again. So has anybody else done or thought about doing similar stuff, if so plase tell us. thanks

Open Question: When I run the sink water in the bathroom the bathtub water girgles up dirt. ?
I caught my roommate a few times pushing fesces down the tub drain and asked him to stop. I don't know if he did or not and so if it can be resolved by doing it myself I want to try that first. Do I need a plumber?

When I Try to Uninstall it i get a error that indicates that there was a error uninstalling it. And the product remains on my computer. And When tryed to install it i got this error message

I am writing to express my sadness and disappointment at the quality of your service on the 24th of December 2008, that is in the day I received a gift from you that I found under a Christmas tree in my house.
Unfortunately, your service has not performed well because I have been given items that I did not wish or request. I am disappointed because this year I asked for one of the Topshop evening dresses designed by Kate Moss from Autumn/Winter 2008 collection and earrings that I could match to it but got nothing that I ordered. In addition, there were no paper and the ribbon and I found my present in an ugly plastic bag. To make matters worse, I have sent several letters to your manager, Mr Rudolph for a refund or exchange but have not got any replies so far.
As you can imagine I am extremely upset and disappointed about the whole experience. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you could exchange the gift so that I could receive a dress that I am longing for and wear it at the end of January at a ball organized by my school.
