Description:
Protection of public health from the effects of air particulate matter (PM) requires measurements and methods that assess the PM chemical constituents, physical properties, and their sources. Sampling was conducted at three sites in the Baltimore area: a source-oriented (industrial) area in south Baltimore (FMC site), and two receptor area sites (Clifton Park and Ponca Street). FMC measurements were made for the initial 1-month of the project; Clifton measurements lasted for about 2 months, while measurements at Ponca Street lasted for about 9.5 months. Pollutant samples were collected at intervals ranging from 5min to 1h using semi-continuous monitors for PM"2"."5 mass, sulfate, nitrate, elemental and organic carbon, particle number size distributions (10-20,000nm), CO, NO"x, O"3, 11 metals, and mass spectra of individual particles, throughout the project. In addition to standard meteorological measurements, a 3D-sonic anemometer and a LIDAR system were operated during selected periods as were a rotating drum impactor with 3- to 6-h resolution and a filter/PUF sampler for 3-h measurements of organic compounds. Standard speciation and FRM mass measurements were also made. This report describes the types of measurements that were made at the various sites of the Baltimore Supersite program as well as presents the summary statistics for some of the PM measurements that have been made. The measurements of aerosol mass, major components, and size distribution data for the three sites are compared. Results show comparable PM concentrations at Ponca Street and Clifton Park. Increased variability was observed at Ponca Street.

Open Question: I got a used computer from my boss. Now Microsoft thinks I'm using an illegal copy of Windows. What do I do?
My boss gave me her used computer which has Windows XP Professional. At some point during the setup process, the system must have figured out that I was not the original user. Now, every time I power the computer up, it tells me that ' I might be a victim of software counterfeiting and that this might not be a genuine copy of Windows". Then it gives me the option to "resolve now" or "resolve later". The problem is that it delays the power up process until I pick an option. I'm nervous about "resolving" the problem because I'm worried that Microsoft might tell me that I have to pay some kind of a fee to re-license Windows. Could this happen? Open Question: my ex and i are talking and finally better but how to make chase me?
background: My ex and I have been through alot over the past 2 months, and finally have resolved MOST of our problems. I still worry about this girl, but I know I need to put it in the past to make things right again. I know there is still a strong connection there, esp because we talk on the phone every night, last night for 2 hours, the night before an hour. It reminds me of old times, and he doesnt want to get off of the phone so this makes me want him more, because he seems like he really cares, this doesnt include when he says he loves me, and misses me. Last week we went to the movies, and the other day when i was sick he brought be airbourne when I was home. He is always asking me to hang ( although when he "changed" after our break up, he made plans that he never followed through with.) so im afraid he will still be like this. He lately seems to be changing back to the old person he used to be, the one I fell in love with. My question is: I want to know what this seems like to you, are these signs he still really cares, and what would make him chase me more. Im not forgetting all the pain he has caused me towards the end of our relationship, so I want him to still work to get back to where we used to be. Keep in mind I am not looking for the answer " get rid of him, or find someone better" I could do that if thats what I really wanted. When his younger sister and I went to get our nails done she told me how upset he was over the break up, and that he still cares about me. He isnt very fond of his sister, if he isnt would that drive him away from me? He calls and texts me for the most part first, please I need ways to make him want more. Open Question: Wife and i like strangers.?
Well the short story is we tried to bring someone we knew into the bedroom with a disastrous outcome. We talked and resolved our feelings but couldn't deny the fact we were still turned on by the idea. We've learned our lesson NOBODY YOU KNOW!. But i still fantasize about her with a stranger and she dose the same with me, we tell each other all the time during bed play and know we'll never see that person/s again.
