Ive read both series and Im looking at a written point of veiw and Im going Harry Potter. I liked the first Twilight book and it had promise but it got all to hoaky for me. Liked the movie though. Robert Pattinson played a good Edward. I think J.K. Rowling's series is so much richer and so much more full of detail and color. It took a lot more work complete such a new idea and the vampire thing has been done. So that my take. How about you? Harry Potter outshone Twilight for me. I dont live on my computer or get on yahoo answers everyday. So I dont know whats asked every five seconds. Best case scenario.. I have read several very different perspectives on the closure of the paper but what seems to stand out is that the paper was releasing information from unnamed sources that deemed to be from the diplomatic station that were not following proper lines of communication to the Government. The Consul-General is supposed to be releasing/sharing information with the government via secure transmission lines or diplomatic pouch not through the newspaper. This is especially true due to a war with a non-conventional enemy the LTTE. And priority of information should first be with the government and only after government clearance should be disseminated through the media. This is not significant of a fascist government but of a non-linear/multi-national terrorist threat. What both Sri Lanka and Iraq are learning is that threats posed against the established government include hit-and-run incidents that share a very high degree of mutual occurrence. A recent event that comes to mind were the spate of multiple child abductions ? these occurred in a period of few days in Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Iraq and one other country that is not currently coming to mind. This is indicative of terror networks that I first noticed the existence of in 2006. I have not only reported these events to my government, but also to yours, to Europol and the British Home Office. Whenever I see another sequence-I report it. It has become standard procedure in places such as the Middle East, Israel, Iraq and Sri Lanka to recuse press coverage and NGO/INGO interaction with terrorist elements or within high security threat areas because press/NGO security cannot be guaranteed in a non-linear, multi-national, synchronized threat environments. The press wants autonomy of movement without consultation of military or government but at the same time wants the government to instantaneously act/react when an incident is perpetrated against that body. Dragon Kamaris: Legend of the Black Dragon is an ongoing American manga series written and illustrated by Robert Tate and Sokhorn Tem. The plot tells the story of Jelani Toteh, an arrogant teenage ninja, who searches for the assassins responsible for killing his master. He soon discovers that he is the prophesied ?Black Dragon? destined to bring the 3 Nations back to peace. Plot Twenty years before the start of the series, the Four Dragons (Aku, Gia, Naga, Hajj) were the protectors of the world. They were the wisest and most powerful creatures on Earth and they had two human students; The Sanari brothers; Onu and Kayo. They taught the brothers many fighting techniques and helped them to develop their amazing powers. Kayo the younger brother became jealous of Onu?s popularity and fast learning and desired to be the most powerful and feared ninja. He was encouraged to find a magic amulet said to be able to control the Four Dragons and when he found it he put it to use. The amulet instead killed the Dragons and the 3 Unified Nations split and went to war for ten years. Twenty years later Kayo (now calling himself Lord Natas) is planning an attack on the other Nations for complete control of the world, but the prophecy fortells of the ?Black Dragon? a powerful ninja that will rise up and bring peace back to the world. The main story follows Jelani and his friends' personal growth and development as ninjas, and emphasizes their interactions with each other and the influence of their backgrounds on their personalities. The surviving member is a girl named Imani who lives in the Tiger Nation. After learning of her identity he decides to head to the Tiger Nation for revenge but is stopped by an old man who tells him his destiny is much greater than that. The old man introduces himself as Master Onu Sanari and he tells Jelani and the gang of his brother Lord Natas and the need to defeat him. He says that Jelani is the prophesied ?Black Dragon? and that only he can defeat Natas and bring peace back to the world. Jelani is uninterested intially but soon goes on a journey with his friends to find a mythical trainer that will help him fufill his destiny. Setting The world of Dragon Kamaris consists of three Nations (Countries) Tiger, Eagle, and Cobra. Each Nation is ruled by a King and Queen and include cities and villages and Forests; the White (Magic), Green (Plant Life), and Blue (Water). idk... maybe i'm PMSing... I've read twilight in 2006. Way before anyone thought of making a movie for twilight. YES i was addicted to twilight. Breaking dawn came out and i was one of those people who went to barnes and noble on midnight to get a copy. Twilight is a great book. I started telling my friends about the Twilight series BUT nobody wanted to read it since it was about vampires and thought it was creepy. NOW GUESS WHAT!!! Those friends are reading the books are like "OMY GOD! I LOVE EDWARD!!" IT makes me furious. For the people who read the books after the movie. I feel sorry for you guys 'cause now you imagin e edward as Robert and bella as kirstin. I HATED THE MOVIE Robert was too hairy (Hairy chest. Edward's chest was described as like marble aren't marble hard and smooth?) Kirsten's voice was like a guy's voice... And it makes me mad to see these Twilight MOVIE fans obsessed.
